Experimental And Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Xiaozhenghuoluo Formulae On GanBi

Objective:From the in vitro cells,animals experiments and clinical cases observed,intend to research XiaozhengHuoluo formulae action and clinical efficacy on GanBi.Methods:1 Experimental study: In vitro cultured hepatic stellate cells(HSC-T6),then draw cell growth curve,use XiaozhengHuoluo formulae cultured in serum-containing drug to interfere TGF-?1-induced HSC-T6,test the Cell proliferation by MTT;After XiaozhengHuoluo formulae active treatment on carbon tetrachloride induced liver fibrosis of SD rats,test the biochemical parameters in rats and observe the changes on weights of the liver and spleen.2 Clinical Research: Those patients who are diagnosed GanBi in TCM,being from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of liver injury in patients with autoimmune diseases receiving treatment,referring to the diagnostic criteria of TCM and Western medicine,their liver function and symptoms were compared before and after treatment.The improvement of liver function and symptoms suggest a clear XiaozhengHuoluo formulae in the clinical efficacy of the prevention and treatment of GanBi.Results:1 Research Results: HSC-T6 grow fastest at 24 h,and reach a plateau at 48h;In TGF-?1-induced proliferation of HSC-T6 experiments,5ng / ml of TGF-?1 at 24 h when there were significant differences(P<0.05)between the treatment group,compared with the normal ones that either had a significant difference(P<0.05),the cells were obvious transdifferentiation;In the experiments of xiaozhengHuoluo formulae containing serum on HSC-T6 proliferation,when at 24 h 10% of concentration containing serum group compared with the control group significantly different(P<0.05),which means that the 10% ones inhibit of HSC-T6 cell proliferation illustriously.2 Clinical Study Results: After treatment,the patient's biochemical indicators: liver function improved significantly;Fatigue,liver palms,spider,head and whole body yellow,abdominal distension,poor appetite,hypochondriac and so on,have a significant improvement in clinical symptoms,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group,suggesting xiaozhengHuoluo formulae have a therapeutic effect.Conclusions:From the cells,animals experiments and clinical cases observed,in 5ng /ml of TGF-?1-induced HSC-T6 cells proliferate significantly at 24h;XiaozhengHuoluo formulae containing serum could inhibit the proliferation of HSC-T6 of TGF-?1-induced;XiaozhengHuoluo formulae could have an effect on clinical symptoms and biochemical markers related to Ganbi patients.
