Research On Spatial Distribution Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of The Grassroots Medical Resources In Chongqing

The grassroots medical resources is refered to the community health service center,township hospitals and village clinics(room)and so on as the core of people carried by the medical and health institutions(including health and technical personnel,management skills,those logistics personnel,etc.),money(including national social investment of health funds,assets and liabilities of medical institutions,medical institutions income and expenditure,etc.),content(including the number of medical institutions,medical beds,medical equipment,etc.)and maintaining the operation of the floorboard of the system and mechanism,etc.Rational allocation of medical resources at the grassroots level is the important measures to promote to ensure equal access to basic medical,health services,and medical care system,deepen reform,establish an important content of basic medical and health care system with Chinese characteristics,to promote the long-term healthy development of medical and health undertakings,improve people's health level,ensuring and improving people's livelihood is of great significance.This paper takes Chongqing grassroots medical resources present situation as the breakthrough point,in combination with statistics and health economy,geography,on the basis of related theory of experience through Geoda map project,measurement analysis method,the change characteristics of spatial distribution of medical resources,and at the grass-roots level in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the factors which affect the study.Taking Chongqing as the object,to research on the following points: Firstly,from the grassroots medical resources share,density of grassroots medical resources in Chongqing through analyzing the characteristics of the spatial distribution and its changes,while the grassroots medical resources density spatial autocorrelation of grassroots trajectory and spatial distribution of medical resources in Chongqing since the correlation analysis,getting basic medical resources in Chongqing regional characteristics of spatial distribution and its changes,and revealing its distribution law;Secondly,in primary understanding of Chongqing medical resources based on the characteristics of spatial distribution and its changes,using the correlation function of SPSS software,the natural factors and social economy influence factors are analyzed;Thirdly,view of the grass-roots medical resources in Chongqing,showed the characteristics of the spatial distribution and its changes,combined with its influencing factors,grassroots medical resources in Chongqing space allocation problems are analyzed,and further puts forward the reasonable layout of the countermeasures and suggestions.The results showed that: firstly,from the grassroots medical institutions and grassroots medical staff proportion,the density of distribution and the distribution of Chongqing in the spatial distribution of the basic-level medical resources are not equal status,there is an obviously regional differences.The basic-level medical resources distribution in Chongqing since space there is a significantly positive correlation,namely density in each district and county of grassroots medical resources spatial distribution is not random,but showed a similar value in spatial agglomeration;Secondly,the grassroots medical resources spatial distribution options,both under the influence of natural factors,are also affected by the social economy;Thirdly,view of the problems existing in the basic-level medical resources space configuration in Chongqing,from the reasonable layout of urban and rural medical resources,broadened the source of basic medical expenses,build system of urban and rural medical technical support and guide the implementation of grassroots medical patients reasonable divergence,etc.,puts forward some countermeasures for realizing the basic rational allocation of medical resources in Chongqing.
