| Implantation has become a preferred method for restoration of agomphosis in stomatology recently.However single-rooted implant can’t simulate the force transmission of the natural molars and stress distribution characteristic of tooth roots when occurred in the molar area,.In order to solve this problem,domestic and overseas scholars successfully designed and manufactured multi-rooted implant through different methods.Due to its complex geometrical shape,the primary stability is mainly obtained by interference fit between implant and implant socket.It will affect the success rate of implanting if the interference quantity is oversize or undersize,so appropriate interference quantity plays a vital role in success of multi-rooted implant.This article focused on the effect of interference fit on multi-rooted implant,and studied on the influence of interference position,interference quantity and bone substance on multi-rooted implant by the methods of experiment and finite element.Meanwhile,it explored the relationship between press-in force,implant stability quotient(ISQ)and micromotion statistcally.At last,the research compared the advantage between single-rooted implant with multi-rooted implant.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Study the influence of interference position,interference quantity and bone substance on the primary stability of multi-rooted implant based on experiments,and determine the appropriate interference quantity under every type of bone.Thus it can provide reference for design of drilling multi-rooted implant socket in the clinical evaluation.(2)By the finite element method,study on the influence of interference position,interference quantity and bone substance that affect the primary stability of multi-rooted implant and implant-bone interface.The results of stimulation and experiment is compared to verify this method’s reliability.(3)Use the statistical software SPSS to study on the correlation analysis among press-in force,implant stability quotient and micromotion.And analyze the relationship between micromotion and resonance frequency according to mechanical vibration and mechanics of materials.The result shows that it has significant linear relation between each parameter.(4)Compare the difference between single-rooted implant and multi-rooted implant through experiments,which focused on the implant primary stability and anti-rotation ability.The result shows that multi-rooted implant is better than single-rooted implant in the appropriate range of interference quantity. |
