Objective: To explore the change and significance of serum Adropin in hypertension(HP)and hypertension complicated with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Method: All observation subjects were from the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University during December 2015 to January 2016.The subjects were divided into 3 groups: control group(group A,N=25),hypertension(group B,N=30)and hypertension complicated with acute coronary syndrome(group C,N=30).Hypertension complicated with acute coronary syndrome composed of acute myocardial infarction(N=8)and unstable angina pectoris(N=22).Information of subjects including age, height, weight, smoking history, family history, medical history and blood pressure was collected,BMI(body mass index)and BSA(body surface area)were calculated according to correlation formula.Blood routine test(RBC,WBC,PLT etc.),Myocardial markers(CTNI,CK-MB etc.),D-dimmer,NT-pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro-BNP)etc.were measured in all patients immediately after they admitted to hospital, and 12 hours of fasting peripheral venous blood was taken for detecting liver function(ALT,AST etc.),renal function(Scr,BUN,Cysc,UA etc.),HBA1C(Glycosylated hemoglobin A1C),FBG(fasting blood glucose),INS(insulin),thyroid function(FT3,FT4,s TSH etc.),blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,HDL-C etc.),Myocardial markers(CTNI,CK-MB etc.),blood routine test(RBC,WBC,PLT etc.),D-dimmer,NT-pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro-BNP)etc.e GFR(estimated-Glomerular filtration raye)and IRI(Insulin resistance)were calculated.LVMI(Lift ventricular mass insex)was calculated according to the result of ultrasonic echocardiography.According to the image of coronary artery angiography, the Gensini score was calculated in acute coronary syndrome.Patients of all groups had no difference in age and gender.Adropin and nitric oxide were measured using ELISA(Enzyme-linked immunoassay).Exclusion criteria:? Participants under the age of 18;? Secondary hypertension: such as renovascular hypertension, pheochromocytoma, etc;?Diabetes diagnosis clear,or insulin treatment;? Other diseases of the cardiovascular system: such as heart failure of NYHA ? level or above, rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc;? Severe hepatic insufficiency, such as ALT surpass 2 times of the upper limit of normal;? Severe renal insufficiency: according to the MDRD formula e GFR under the level of 60 ml/min;? Severe anemia: hemoglobin under the level of 90g/L;? Recent infection or surgery;? lines of radiation and chemotherapy or have a malignant tumor, and transplant;? Bleeding or transfusion;? Autoimmune diseases or connective tissue disease;? The pregnant and lactating women;? Relevant information is not complete.SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1.WBC,Scr,UA,ALT,AST,CTNI,CK-MB in hypertension complicated with acute coronary syndrome were higher obviously than that in the healthy.2.TC,HDL-C,Apo A1 in hypertension complicated with acute coronary syndrome were lower obviously than that in the healthy.3.Serum Adropin and nitric oxide in hypertension and hypertension complicated with acute coronary syndrome were lower obviously than that in the healthy, and they were further decreased in hypertension complicated with acute coronary syndrome.4.Correlation analysis and linear regression analysis showed that Adropin was proportional to HDL-C and nitric oxide, and there was a negative correlation between Adropin and Gensini Score. Conclusion: 1.Serum Adropin and nitric oxide in hypertension complicated with acute coronary syndrome was lower than the healthy.2.There was a negative correlation between Adropin and Gensini Score, which sugested that detection of Adropin would contribute to evaluate the severity of coronary lession.3.Adropin was proportional to HDL-C and nitric oxide, the deficiency of Adropin might be one of the causes of hypertension and acute coronary syndrome.
