For two months for 6 weeks in rats of different training plan,training through the experiment to compare different schemes comparison between groups of rats myocardial?respiratory chain complex enzymes??ICD?? and aerobic metabolism related enzyme isocitrate dehydrogenase,MDA(malondialdehyde),Mn-SOD(superoxide dismutase) and anaerobic metabolism enzyme LDH(lactate dehydrogenase) activity of difference,between different project training rats myocardial enzyme complex?first ND?gene expression in amount of differences. Explore different solutions to improve the body's respiratory chain complex enzymes and the mechanism of action of sports ability, it is concluded that the best sports training plan, for the guidance of thescientific athletes in sports training and provide a scientific basisfor strengthen the ability of the movement of athletes.Methods:Select 2 months of age 50 male wistar rats(purchased from gansu college of traditional Chinese medicine), production license for SCXK(f),2011-0001, the average weight of 226.1 g- 2.38 g, randomly divided into5 groups, each group of 10: only the quiet breeding group and endurance exercise group, intermittent movement, stamina + intermittent,intermittent + endurance exercise group. Six weeks after treadmill training, beheaded kill myocardial determination of related indicators.All data using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical processing.Result:(1) Before the experiment rats weight difference between each group had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Experiment after aerobic exercise group rats weight significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.01), intermittent movement group is significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01), intermittent + aerobic exercise group is significantly higher than that of intermittent group(P<0.01),the aerobic+ intermittent movement group was significantly lower than intermittent+aerobic exercise group(P<0.05).(2) Different scheme of training will make the rat myocardial mitochondrial respiratory chain complex enzymes ? activity produce varying degrees of increase.Four different schemes in the way of training,endurance training group(E),intermittent training group(I),stamina+intermittent training group(EI),intermittent +endurance training group(IE) are the rats myocardial mitochondrial respiratory chain complex enzymes?activity increased,comparing with control group there were extremely significant differences(P<0.01);Between each training group except the stamina+intermittent training group(EI) and comparison between endurance training group(E) there are significant differences(P<0.05) between the rest of the training group comparison can be seen that there is extremely significant difference between groups(P<0.01),indicating different scheme of training will affect?complex enzyme.(3) After different training programs can make the myocardial mitochondrial respiratory chain complex enzyme activity in rats.Compared with the control group,the myocardial mitochondrial respiratory chain complex enzyme of the rats in the training group was compared with that of the control group C.The activity of the I(15.5) >EI(14.4) > E(10.6) >IE(12.3).Which in addition to+intermittent endurance training group(IE) and control group(C),there was a significant difference(P<0.05), between the rest of the training group and the control group,there is significant difference and significant difference(P<0.05,P <0.01). Intermittent+endurance training group(IE) only between group I and there were significant difference(P<0.01), endurance and intermittent training group(EI) and endurance training group(E)compared with significant difference(P<0.05) but going between the interval training group(I) and no difference. There was no significantdifference between the same interval training group(I) and the endurance training group(E).(4) The training model of different programs will have different effects on the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex. Which in addition to intermittent endurance training group(IE) and control group(C), there was a significant difference(P<0.05), between the rest of the training group and the control group,there is significant difference and significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01). Intermit tent+endurance training group(IE) only between group I and there were significant difference(P<0.01), endurance and intermittent training group(EI) and endurance training group(E)compared with significant difference(P<0.05)but going between the interval training group(I) and no difference.There was no significant difference between the same interval training group(I) and the endurance training group(E).(5) Between different schemes of training mode and the control group C significantly and extremely significant difference(P <0.05, P<0.01);Four different schemes in training,endurance training group(E) and intermittent training group(I) and endurance training+intermittent training group(EI) and interval training+endurance training group(IE)there are significant differences between and extremely significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01); Intermittent training group(I) and endurance training+intermittent training group(EI) and interval training, endurance training group(IE) between the significant and extremely significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01). These instructions in the rat myocardial ICD activity mainly affected by intermittent endurance training mode.(6) Between different schemes of training mode and the control group there were significant and extremely significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).Comparison between different project training mode,endurance training group(E) and intermittent(I) and endurance exercise group+intermittent training group(EI) and intermittent,endurancetraining group(IE) there are significant differences between and extremely significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01); But the stamina+intermittent training group(EI) and intermittent+endurance training group(IE) compared with intermittent training group(I) there is no significant difference(P>0.05); Intermittent+intermittent endurance training group(IE) and endurance training group(EI)comparison between also exists significant difference(P<0.05).(7) Different solution training model group compared with control group there were significant difference or extremely significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01);Compared with endurance training group(E) can get intermittent training group(I),stamina+intermittent training group(EI)were significant difference between and extremely significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01) but with intermittent+endurance training group(IE) is a significant difference between comparison(P<0.05),stamina+intermittent training group(EI) compared with intermittent training group(I) there is no significant difference(P>0.05), but the intermittent+endurance training group(IE) compared with intermittent training group(I) there is no significant difference and extremely significant difference(P>0.05); When intermittent+endurance training group(IE) and endurance of intermittent training(EI) comparison can draw there is a significant difference between them(P<0.05).(8) Between different schemes of training mode and the control group C significantly and extremely significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01);Different scheme of the training patterns are effect on rat myocardial LDH activity increase, respectively. Through the analysis of variance:four different solutions in training, endurance training group(E) and intermittent training group(I) and endurance training+intermittent training group(EI) and interval training+endurance training group(IE) there are significant differences between and extremely significant difference(P<0.05, P<0.01);IX Intermittent training group(I) and endurance training+intermittenttraining group(EI) and interval training, endurance training group(IE)between the significant and extremely significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01). But through the above results show that the rat myocardial LDH activity is mainly affected by intermittent training mode(I).(9) Between different scheme of training, intermittent training group(I) + intermittent training and endurance training(EI) and intermittent training + endurance training group(IE) and endurance training group(E)between the significant difference(P<0.05); Interval training +endurance training group(IE) and endurance training, intermittent training group(EI) and intermittent training group(I) there are significant differences(P<0.05); Endurance training + intermittent training group(EI) and interval training, endurance training group(IE),and also there are significant differences between extremely significant difference(P<0.05). This means that each of the different training program of rat myocardial mitochondria complex enzyme?first subunits ND1 gene expression quantity have obvious enhancing effect. But IE group is the most beneficial to the rat myocardial mitochondria complex enzyme?first ND1 gene expression.Conclusion :(1)of moderate intensity aerobic training can promote the growth and development of rats, and the intensity of large interval training will inhibit the growth and development of rats significantly reduce weight.The control of fat accumulation is due to a lack of exercise to weight gain.(2)the training in four different schemes can impact on myocardial mitochondrial respiratory chain complex enzymes to make the higher activity of different level, but also to intermittent + endurance training on the activity of the complex enzyme rising effect is relatively better.(3)in intermittent training + endurance training mode, the rat myocardial mitochondrial respiratory chain complex enzymes first highest ND1 gene expression quantity.(4)of myocardial mitochondrial respiratory chain complex enzymes activity affected by the amount of the regulation of gene expression,namely content of quantity of gene expression, the higher the respiratory chain complex enzymes. And different levels of affected by the activity of LDH, the activities of LDH complex enzyme activity is restrained.
