The Formation Of A Questionnaire Of Hands-poised Method On Delivery By Midwives Of Tertiary Hospital Of Nanchang City

Objective:To know hands-poised method of midwives of Nanchang hospitals with three tertiary-level,and to develop the questionnaire on the hindering factors.To explore the hindering factors to hands-poised method on delivery by midwives,and to analyze the related factors.Then,provide experience and guidance for follow-up nursing work which carry out in a pertinence and effectiveness way.Methods:1.Delphi method :On the basis of literature and qualitative research,draft the evaluation hindering factors to hands-poised method on delivery by midwives.Invite20 experts to carry on two rounds consultation.By the positive coefficient of experts to express the concentration degree of expert advice.The expert advice coordination degree is mainly represented by the coefficient of variation and the coordination coefficient.The degree of authority expressed by the expert authority coefficient.The importance of mean evaluation and coefficient of variation are used to modify and add items.2.Evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire:According to the evaluation hindering factors to hands-poised method on delivery by midwives to establish the questionnaire items pool.Then form the last questionnaire by the research group discussion and expert evaluation.In September and October of2015,119 nurses were randomly selected from in 7 hospitals Nanchang hospitals with three tertiary-lever.Some statistical methods such as item analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and reliability analysis were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.2.Formal investigation:In October and September of 2015,all midwives were selected in Nanchang hospitals with three tertiary-lever.Here is a total sample of119 people were obtained.Then by the mean and standard deviation to describe the measurement data.The count data was described by frequency and percentage.Results:1.Expert consultation's results:The positive coefficient of experts was 100%.The two rounds authority coefficient of experts were 0.89,0.90.The coordination coefficient of two rounds were 0.211,0.216.After chi square test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It shows some coordination.The hindering factors to hands-poised method on delivery by midwives includes 3 first class indexes,6 second level indexes,19 third level indexes.2.The results of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire:Exploratory factor analysis results showed that the KMO value is 0.871,the Bartlett test's r value is 1950.880(P<0.01)show that the scale is suitable for factor analysis.Factor analysis yielded 4 factors,which explained 74.870% of the total variance.exploratory factor analysis confirm that the model is good.Between each dimension and the correlation coefficient of total scale was 0,95.Thus reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good.3.The on-site investigation's results:(1).The hindering factors to hands-poised method on delivery by midwives in Nanchang hospitals with three tertiary-lever is in a high level(3.37±0.70).Among them,medical system(3.66±0.85)is highest,while delivery accident(4.00±0.60)is minimum.(2).From score of the hindering factors,factors of midwives:the highest factors of personal reason is not accept the system,formal training factor(3.27±1.00).Traditional views is inadequate attention to this technology on hands-poised method on delivery(3.57±0.93).Delivery accident :fearing of medical disputes((3.29±0.98)is highest of concerns of using the method,delivery accident is prolonged second stage(3.44±0.81).Medical system factors: the management not pay attention of the method(3.76±1.04)is highest of medical system.Pregnant women factors:pain and tension(3.47±0.91)is highest in following with midwives of pregnant.Conclusion:The index system constructed in this study is reliable,and the hindering factors to hands-poised method on delivery by midwives questionnaire has good reliability and validity.It can provide experience and guidance for follow-up nursing work which,and to analyze the related factors.Then,provide experience and guidance for follow-up nursing work which carry out in a pertinence and effectiveness way.
