At present,the competition of medical industry in our country is increasing day by day,the Public hospitals need to ensure the quality of medical services under the premise,from all aspects of reducing costs,reduce consumption,so that the price of medical services to reduce as much as possible to enhance the hospital's economic efficiency and patient satisfaction.The hospital logistics departments provide strong support and guarantee for servicing medical treatment,teaching,scientific research and other work,and directly affect the normal operation of hospital and medical service quality.But the hospital logistics departments have many positions,large investment,wide range,and extensive management.That is easy to waste,so to strengthen the logistics cost control management has become a very necessary thing.In this paper,through the study of the C hospital logistics in the cost management control of the status quo and effect,analyzes and comments on the existing problems and reasons,and combining with the actual situation of cost control theory and the hospital logistics management,try to set up a set of cost control system including cost control target,cost control organization,cost control system,cost control process and so on.Finally,the logistics department can effectively carry out cost control,improve the overall economic benefits and social benefits of the hospital.
