Clinical Research On The Effects Of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San On Boils And Carbuncle And Study Of Main Pharmacodynamics

Objective: This study mainly decided to carry out Medical Preparation of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San,includes the study of main pharmacodynamics and clinical research on the effects of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San on boils and carbuncle;Explore one kind of treatment on Chinese medicine formulations for boils and carbuncle that reliable and economic security,which provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application.Methods And Results: 1 Main pharmacodynamics study: 1.1 Swelling effect By observing the effects of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San on the swelling of rat paws which caused by carrageenan.Experimental results show that Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San can inhibit the Rat paw edema which caused by carrageenan,with the effect of elimination swelling.1.2 Anti-inflammatory effect By measuring Evans blue content of mouse peritoneal fluid and observing the effects of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San on the glacial acetic acid induced mouse peritoneal capillary permeability,to understand its anti-inflammatory effect.Experimental results show that Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San can inhibit the increasing of mouse peritoneal capillary permeability which caused by glacial acetic acid,it has significant anti-inflammatory effect.1.3 Inhibition of proliferation The model used sterile cotton balls implanted subcutaneously in rats that caused granuloma,then observing the effects of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San on the granuloma.Experimental results show that Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San have a certain extent on the connective tissue hyperplasia.1.4 Clotting mechanism By measuring the PT, APTT, Fib, TT to observe the effects of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San on rats' clotting mechanism. Experimental results show that Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San have no adverse effects on clotting mechanism.1.5 Anti-inflammatory effects Using staphylococcus aureus to model boil,carbuncle,sores of animals.To observing the effects of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San on the size of boil,carbuncle,sores and serum lysozyme content,to understanding of the drug's anti inflammatory effects.Experimental results show that Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San can relieve symptoms of poisoning of animals,significantly reduced the diameter of boil,promote healing ulceration,and improve the serum lysozyme content of infected animals.It also can improve the immune function and enhanced resistance to infection.2 Clinical observation Through clinical observation of 120 patients showed that the Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San have remarkable curative effect. The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 90%,obviouly better than the control group.It has no significant difference compared to the control group on the reduced white blood cell, neutrophil percentage and the course of treatment.It has significant difference compared to the control group on the clinical symptoms and signs which can significantly improve patients' skin redness, inflammation heat, pain and other symptoms.Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San confirmed safe, effective and have no adverse reactions which indicated this drug Worthy of wider application.Conclusion:The study showed that Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San through scientific and reasonable preparation,stability, safety, non-toxic side effects to improve the clinical symptoms of boils and carbuncle patients.Therefore, development Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue San institution preparation to treatment boil and carbuncle has important significance.
