The Clinical Research Into Sanqi Tongshu Capsules And Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets On Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective From the study, through the observation of Sanqi Tongshu Capsules and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke who with neurological deficit symptoms and adverse reactions to medicines, to investigate Sanqi Tongshu Capsules in the treatment of Ischemic stroke in safety and efficacy.By detecting Peripheral Blood before and after treatment in patients with Thrombomodulin(TM) and Von willebrand factor(v WF).To explore the protection and possible mechanism of vascular endothelial injuries of Sanqi Tongshu Capsules and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke, in order to further provide the theoretical basis of clinical research and medication of Sanqi Tongshu Capsules, and Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke provide a new research direction and method, and carry out the foundation for the next relevant molecular biology research.Methods Select sixtey patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke(AIS) as research object treated from may to October 2015 in Neural Department of internal medicine ward of wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou military command, all patients Volunteered for the study. According to the random number table, all cases have been divided into two groups, treatment group(30case) and control group(30case). There were not statistically significantly different(P>0.05) of clinical conditions, such as age, gender, smoking, drinking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, etc between two groups. All patients were given conventional medicine, such as anti-platelet, improve cerebral circulation, scavenging free radical, etc. The treatment group was given Sanqi Tongshu Capsules 0.2g-oral 1 tablet once 1 tablet/day(total 0.6g), and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets 20mg-oral 1 tablet once 1 tablet/day(total 20mg);the control group is only given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets 20mg-oral 1 tablet once 1 tablet/day(total 20mg).Assess respectively before and at the end of 4 weeks changes in patients with neural functional deficit score and the concentration of thrombomodulin(TM) and Von willebrand factor(v WF).To explore Sanqi Tongshu Capsules and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets for efficacy and safe of Ischemic stroke. The research data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software, firstly, conduct the normality and homogeneity of variance test, normal distributed data as mean ± standard deviation(x ±s).Measurement data: use analysis of t-test; Enumeration data: use analysis of chi-square test. Inspection level: а=0.05.If P < 0.05 or P < 0.01(significantly), argues that there are differences between two groups, with statistical significance.Results 1.Sanqi Tongshu Capsules and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets is more significantly than Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in improving the effect of neural functional deficit, effectively improve the quality of life of patients who is acute ischemic stroke;2.Compared the TM and v WF concentration before and after the test, we found that in the control group(Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets group) and the observation group(Sanqi Tongshu Capsules joint Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets group) can reduce the level of serum TM and v WF after acute ischemic stroke patients, but the observation group reduce the role of serum TM and v WF levels more significant(P<0.01);3.The safety indexs such as vital signs, routine blood, liver and kidney function, coagulation function have no obvious abnormalities before and after medication, it explain Sanqi Tongshu Capsules and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets is security in clinical application,and Sanqi Tongshu Capsules is convenient, improve the quality of life and work efficiency in patients with AIS.Conclusion 1.Sanqi Tongshu Capsules joint Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets is more significantly than Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in improving the effect of neural functional deficit, at the same time, its effect in effectively improve the quality of life of patients who is acute ischemic stroke;2.Sanqi Tongshu Capsules joint Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets can reduce the concentration of serum TM and v WF. It may have a protective effect in vascular endothelial injury after infarction and could also be one of its mechanism of vascular endothelial protection;3.The safety indexs such as vital signs, routine blood, liver and kidney function, coagulation function have no obvious abnormalities before and after medication. In the process of taking the medicine, it is no obvious adverse reaction occurred.
