Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on protein A?42 and protein Tau, we observed the changes of plasma protein A?42 and protein Tau in elderly patients after colorectal cancer surgery. Methods:It included 63 patients, aged 65 to 85 years old, ASA? grade ?, general surgery undergoing elective colorectal cancer surgery in elderly patients. Press the number of random table method divided into control group?group C 32 cases?, given dexmedetomidine group?D = 32?. In Group D before anesthesia induction 10 min dexmedetomidine infusion set, group C with 10 min before induction of anesthesia infusion of normal saline group, two groups of patients were treated the same as the rest of anesthesia. Before induction of anesthesia, local anesthesia and the left radial artery and right internal jugular vein catheterization before induction of anesthesia?T1?, at the end of surgery?T2?, after 24h?T3? 4 points in time through the right internal jugular vein catheter slowly 4ml blood coagulant injection tube, 3000 r / min centrifugal 10 min, and plasma was collected into-80 ? refrigerator to save, in plasma A?42 protein and Tau protein concentration by ELISA. In preoperative 1d?d1?, postoperative 1d?d2?, after 7d?d3? using the Mini-Mental State Evaluation Scale?MMSE? score was measured postoperative cognitive dysfunction?POCD?. Results:The basic condition of the patient groups were general information, education, age, blood loss, operative time difference was not statistically significant?P> 0.05?.Changes in plasma A?42 protein and Tau protein group; D group and group C T2 and T3 and T1, plasma A?42 protein and Tau protein concentrations were increased, the difference was statistically significant?P <0.05?; between the two groups; plasma A?42 protein; D group C in plasma A?42 protein showed no statistically significant at T1?P> 0.05?; in T2 and T3 in group D than those in plasma A?42 protein concentration reduced group C, the difference was statistically significance?P <0.01?. Tau protein; D group C plasma Tau protein concentration difference was not statistically significant?P> 0.05? at T1; T2 and T3 in Group D protein concentration in plasma A?42 lowering compared with group C, the difference was statistically significant?P <0.01?.MMSE score three groups of patients before surgery 1d?d1?, postoperative 1d?d2?, after 7d?d3? MMSE score was no significant difference?P> 0.05?.. Conclusion:1, Dexmedetomidine will be able to reduce colorectal cancer after general anesthesia and plasma A?42 protein Tau protein concentration to protect neuronal cells, but it does not cause postoperative MMSE score changes.2, The impact of dexmedetomidine given locus coeruleus A?42 protein and Tau protein may be one of the mechanisms to protect neuronal cells.
