| Objective : To investigate the effects of long-term treatment on the seasonal variation of blood pressureMethod : Reviewing the hypertension data of outpatients from 2003 to 2014,analyzing the seasonal variation of blood pressure, exploring the relationship between the blood pressure and influence factors of blood pressure, such as temperature, daytime, relative humility age and body mass index etc. According to the follow-up time, divided the patients into three groups, T1(follow-up time is 1 to4 years), T2(follow-up time is 5 to 8 years), and T3(follow-up time is 9 to 12 years),to investigate the difference of blood pressure between winter and summer.According to whether the blood pressure was under controlled, divided the patients into three groups, C1(controlled in winter and summer), C2(controlled neither in winter nor in summer), and C3(controlled in summer), C4(controlled in winter) to investigate the difference of blood pressure between winter and summer.Results: From 2003 to 2014, 12213 person-times were enrolled. The average age was 72.79±8.83 years old. According to the follow-up time, divided the patients into three groups, T1(follow-up time is 1 to 4 years), T2(follow-up time is 5 to 8years), and T3(follow-up time is 9 to 12 years). The difference of systolic blood pressure between winter and summer was 7.34±14.31 mmHg, 6.2±13.26 mmHg, and6.18±14.57 mmHg, separately(P > 0.05). The difference of diastolic blood pressure was 3.62±7.98 mmHg, 3.84±7.74 mmHg, and 3.53±7.91 mmHg, separately(P >0.05). According to whether the blood pressure was under controlled, divided the patients into four groups, C1(controlled in winter and summer), C2(controlled neither in winter nor in summer), C3(controlled in summer) andC4(controlled in winter). The difference of systolic pressure between winter and summer was4.73±10.25 mmHg, 4.63±12.03 mmHg, 19.33±10.8 mmHg and-16.2±11.06 mmHg,separately. The difference of diastolic pressure was 2.99±6.38 mmHg,2.07±8.46 mmHg, 8.43±7.74 and-5.36±7.3mmHg, separately. There was no significant difference between C1 and C2, the difference of other comparisons wasstatistically significant.Conclusions : The rangeability of the seasonal variation of blood pressure could be decreased by Long-term treatment of antihypertensive. Over time, the longer of the long-term treatment, the higher the blood control rate. Above all, the blood control rate in winter is the biggest increased.Although the seasonal variation of blood pressure existed, the control of the blood pressure contributed to the lower amplitude of seasonal variation of blood pressure. The blood pressure controlled only in summer showed the biggest rangeability of the blood pressure. |
