Lung coefficient decreased significantly in group B, the difference was statistically significant compared with group A (P< 0.05). B to group F pulmonary fibrosis score higher than group A (P< 0.05); Group F score, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Transforming growth factor in lung tissue collagen expression on the number of positive cells decreased significantly, F the BCDE group decreased and the strength is more obvious, the group A compared with group B to F, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference between the CDE group (P> 0.05).Conclusions:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation between joint Pirfenidone has certain inhibitory effect on pulmonary fibrosis, the expression of growth factors can reduce the lung tissue, have repair and regeneration effect, obvious effects of treatment for pulmonary fibrosis.
