Research Of Blood Stasis Theory On Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: to clear up systematically the data of theory of blood stasis which were used to treat coronary heart disease,in order to provide a new train of thought and a reference for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on coronary heart disease.Methods:(1)Using the method of literature search to collect comprehensive related materials of blood stasis theory,then classified materials according to chronological order.This article lays emphasis on phlegm and stasis plays a crucial role in the formation of coronary heart disease.(2)This article lays emphasis on blood stasis plays a crucial role in the formation of coronary heart disease.(3)Discussing coronary heart disease blood stasis syndrome have modern material bases,including physiological and pathological,biological,cellulai-molecular and other experimental parameter changes.(4)Finally,combining with years of tutor's clinical experiences and cases,analyzing the modern pharmacology effects of activating blood to remove stasis,in order to explore the effectiveness of blood stasis theory and its significance of popularization and application.Results:(1)blood stasis is not only spathological product and but also the pathogenic factors in TCM.Blood stasis results from disorder of Qi and blood,blood in human body can not run smoothly,or abnormal flow of the blood.(2)Improper diet,over-strain internal injuries due to seven emotionaldisorder can be lead to blood stasis,and then blood stasis are lead to blockage of arteries and veins,heartache will be happen.(3)Along with the continuous development of the modernization of TCM theory,the objective study of blood stasis syndrome is also deepening,coronary heart disease,blood stasis syndrome are closely related to blood chemical,molecular biology markers,metabolomics and other pathological parameters,can be used as objective basis of coronary heart disease blood stasis syndrome differentiation.(4)The study of activating blood traditional medicine clinical pharmacology is available from the various effective improve coronary heart disease patients symptoms and quality of life.(5)The Doctors later case,combined with tutor professor Fang Xianming clinical experience and medical records in the treatment of chronic heart disease,reflect the Doctors later inherit and carry forward the blood stasis theory.Conclusion:Blood stasis are both the important pathogenic factors in the etiology of Chinese medicine and pathology products which result from disorder of visceral Qi,Qi-blood imbalance in the body.That may be hurt visceral Qi,forming a pathological process of coronary heart disease with deficiency of visceral Qi and blood stasis mutual knot,throughout the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Traditional Chinese physician long-term practice of medicine clinical and experimental studies have found that deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is the basical pathogenesis of coronary heart disease,asthenia of healthy qi is internal basis of this disease,secondary factors for the disease are blood stasis.Simultaneous treatment of root and tip to treat coronary heart disease is an effective way,which is treatment of disease must concentrate on the principle cause of disease,is worth popularizing widely.
