Bladder Perfusion THP Combined Oral Compound Fufang Fufangteng Mixturein Bladder Cancer TURBT Postoperative Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: To compare the bladder perfusion THP combined oral compound Fufang Fufangteng Mixture with simple bladder perfusion THP in the muscle layer of invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)dissection transurethral bladder tumor(TURBT)clinical curative effect,and explore the compound Fufang Fufangteng Mixture in the role of postoperative therapy for bladder cancer,provide clinical result in treatment of bladder cancer by TCM-WM therapy.Methods:72 cases of patients with NMIBC were Selected in Guangxi university of Chinese medicine affiliated Rui Kang hospital uropoiesis surgical department during March 2013 to March 2015 as the research object,all patients were performed TURBT,specifically for NMIBC postoperative pathologic results.Postoperative patients were randomly divided into A group and B group.The A group 36 cases,separate give THP bladder perfusion,1 times a week,a total of eight times,1 times a month later,to 1 year after surgery.36 cases of receiving THP bladder cancer perfusion were treatment group.The B group 36 cases,on the basis of bladder perfusion THPcombined with oral Fufang Fufangteng Mixture,2 times a day,every time 15 ml,period of treatment to 6 monthsafter surgery.Followed to 1 year,compared two groups of bladder tumor recurrence,routine urine leucocyte count,comprehensive score of clinical symptomsand adversereactions.Results: 62 cases complete research In 72 cases.After half a year,the recurrence rate was of A group 21.8%and 13.3% in B group,there was no statistical significance differences between two groups(P > 0.05);after 1 year,the recurrence rate was of A group was 28.1% and 16.7% in B group,there was no statistical significance differences between two groups(P > 0.05).After 1 months and 2 months,theroutine urine leukocyte count differences oftwo groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05);after 3 monthsand 6 months there wasno statistically significant(P>0.05).Side effect,the B group of bladder irritation and naked eye hematuria incidence was lower than those of A group,the difference has statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The B group incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea,vomiting and loss of appetite was lower than those of A group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The B group adverse symptoms duration shorter than the A group,the differences had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 1 months and 2 months,two groups comprehensive score of clinical symptoms and quality of life score comparison,there was statistical significance differences between two groups(P < 0.05);after 3 monthsand 6 monthsthere was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Bladder perfusion THP combined oral compound mixture curative effect of Fufang Fufangteng Mixture is not better than pure bladder perfusion THP in prevention of tumor recurrence,can not better prevent NMIBC TURBT patients with postoperative recurrenceofbladder cancer.2.The Fufang Fufangteng Mixture can reduce the bladder irritation from THP bladder perfusion and adverse reactions such as macroscopic hematuria.At the same time,it can improve the patient's symptoms and quality of life.
