The Clinical Research Of Factors Related To Anisometropia Binocular Vision Function And Therapeutic Effect

Objective:By determination of binocular vision 3-20 years before and a fter treatment in patients with anisometropia and different treatment methods t o assess the efficacy of treatment time,and the analysis of different degrees of anisometropia,after different treatment depending on the age difference betw een the situation of functional recovery,further influence of reasonable correc tion of anisometropia on binocular vision.Attempts to explore the prevention,correction,treatment of children and adolescents anisometropia best solution.Method:Select 2013--2015 years our hospital clinic patients 3-20 years diopter varies through inclusion and exclusion criteria,and finally not selecte d after a reasonable treatment of 67 patients,according to the degree of aniso metropia and age were divided into two groups.67 cases of patients in our ho spital anisometropia reasonable treatment,the patient's treatment methods acc ording to each patient and the extent of different types of anisometropia,age may be,into wearing glasses and wearing glasses + acupuncture treatment gro up based on their treatment methods massage group,six months after reasona ble treatment of these 67 patients was measured again near stereopsis and visu al.Finally,the above results were analyzed statistically relevant data.Results:1,anisometropia 6.25D-10.0D group than 3.25D-6.00 D of ani sometropia fusion group,nearly three-dimensional severe visual impairment,t he difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after treatment of the former than the latter perspective effects are worse depending on the recovery,th e difference was statistically significant.2,age ?13 years of age ?12 years old group than in the group,stereopsis more good people,the difference was stati stically significant(p <0.05),but at the same time,as the former and the latter had no effect and fusion,the difference was not It was statistically significant(P> 0.05).Efficacy in the treatment of age on stereopsis recovery has little ef fect,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).3 and 6 months of treatment group were better than the 3-month treatment group vision and st ereopsis recovery,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4,mas sage therapy group than in the spectacles wearer + treatment group after treat ment visual acuity situation better,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);but there was little difference between the three-dimensional visual function,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion(s):1,the greater the degree of anisometropia,the more se vere visual impairment after treatment stereopsis recovery worse.2,age 9-12 years old,stereopsis mature,but its function as the financial and visual functio n while no significant difference in age,size and little impact on recovery afte r treatment stereopsis.3,acupressure improve improve vision,relieve visual f atigue has certain advantages effect,worthy of promotion.4,the longer the tre atment,recovery of visual acuity and visual function better,so anisometropia treatment should be sustained.
