Part?: The relationship between cerebral vascular stenosis and hypertension.1.The relationship between the duration of hypertension and cerebral vascular stenosis. Objective: The course of the whole brain digital subtraction angiography was observed using different hypertension duration(duration ? 5 years, duration> 5 years)and ischemic cerebrovascular disease cerebrovascular, ischemic cerebrovascular disease to provide a scientific basis for secondary prevention.Materials and Methods: According to the inclusion criteria to select the 2008-2016 Check-in Liuzhou City Hospital of 871 patients met Encephalopathy hypertension with ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients, improve the laboratory examinations during hospitalization, hospital applications purchased Siemens AXIOM Artis zee ceiling ? digital subtraction angiography via the femoral artery or radial artery line cerebral angiography, according to the North American symptomatic carotid endarterectomy trial collaborative group(NASCET)diagnostic criteria and warfarin-aspirin symptomatic intracranial lesions(WASID)diagnostic criteria for the degree of stenosis grading examination. The group of patients according to the duration of hypertension is divided into age groups more than 5 years and less than 5 years hypertension group. Two groups of patients the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis, cerebral artery stenosis distribution of cerebral artery stenosis were analyzed. Results: More than 5 years group the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis is 66.3%,less than 5 years in brain artery stenosis incidence of 59.2%,the statistically significant difference(?~2 = 4.615,P = 0.032).On two arterial restenosis lesion site, more than 5 years extracranial stenosis group accounted for 58.3%,the other group extracranial stenosis accounted for 62.9%,the difference was no statistically significant(?~2 = 2.859,P = 0.091).The two groups in the degree of stenosis: More than 5 years to moderate stenosis group accounting for about 33.6%,and less than 5 years in mild stenosis group accounting for about 35.3%,compared to no significant difference between the two groups(?~2=-0.137,P= 0.891).Conclusion: The incidence of cerebral vascular stenosis and stenosis with hypertension age growth, extracranial artery stenosis greater than the incidence of intracranial arteries.2.The relationship between vascular stenosis and blood pressure control. Objective: Using whole brain and ischemic cerebrovascular disease cerebral vascular stenosis relationship DSA observed blood pressure control in hypertensive patients to provide scientific evidence for secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Materials and Methods: Inclusion criteria selected in accordance with the 2008-2016 stay in line with 871 cases of hypertension and ischemic cerebrovascular disease by the radial or femoral artery of cerebral angiography of cases with the degree of stenosis grading before. The enrolled patients with hypertension according to blood pressure control group into good blood pressure control and poorly blood pressure controlled group. Two groups of patients the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis, cerebral artery stenosis distribution of cerebral artery stenosis were analyzed. Results: Good blood pressure control group the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis is 55.4%,poor blood pressure control group the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis is 65.4%,the statistically was significant difference(?~2= 7.290,P= 0.007).Two artery disease in the narrow area, good blood pressure control group extracranial stenosis for 59.2%,poor group extracranial stenosis accounted for 60.7%,the difference was not statistically significant(?~2= 0.230,P= 0.631).The two groups in the degree of stenosis, the good group with mild stenosis, accounting for about 47.9%,while non-performing group with moderate and severe stenosis more, both accounting for about 59.6%,compared to having a statistically significant between the two groups(?~2=-3.519,P= 0.000).Conclusion: The blood pressure control and the incidence of cerebral vascular stenosis in patients with hypertension is closely related to good control of blood pressure and cerebrovascular stenosis incidence rate, contrary poorly controlled blood pressure increased incidence of cerebral vascular stenosis and with moderate and severe stenosis incidence increased significantly.Part ?: Relationship between cerebral vascular stenosis and diabetes.1.The relationship between cerebral vascular stenosis and duration of diabetes. Objective: The course of the whole brain using different digital subtraction angiography on diabetic(duration? 5 years, disease duration> 5 years)with ischemic cerebrovascular disease cerebral vascular stenosis relationship for secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular disease provided scientific evidence.Materials and Methods: Inclusion criteria selected in accordance with the 2008-2016 stay in line with 252 cases of diabetic patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and by the radial or femoral artery of cerebral angiography cases.Vascular stenosis graded with the former. The patients were divided into groups according to the duration of diabetes age group, more than 5 years history of diabetes and less than 5 years diabetes group, the two groups of patients was analyzed the incidence of arterial stenosis, arterial stenosis distribution and arterial stenosis.Result: More than 5 years history of diabetes group the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis is 78.3%,less than 5 year group the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis is 66.7%,there was significant difference(?~2= 4.265,P= 0.039).On two arterial restenosis lesion site, intracranial stenosis group more than 5 years accounted for 72.3%,5 years intracranial stenosis group accounted for 75.9%,there was no significant difference(?~2 = 0.334,P= 0.557).The two groups in the degree of stenosis, more than 5 years to moderate stenosis group, accounting for about 40.8%,and less than 5 years in mild stenosis group, accounting for about 39.5%,compared to no significant difference between the two groups(?~2=-0.204,P= 0.839).Conclusion: The incidence of cerebral vascular stenosis and stenosis with diabetes duration of growth life, the incidence of intracranial arterial stenosis greater than extracranial arteries.2 The relationship between cerebral vascular stenosis and blood glucose control. Objective: Using whole brain and ischemic cerebrovascular disease cerebral vascular stenosis observed relationship DSA glycemic control in patients with hypertension, and to provide scientific evidence for secondary prevention of cerebral vascular stenosis.Materials and Methods: Inclusion criteria selected in accordance with the 2008-2016 stay in line with Section 252 cases of diabetic patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and by the radial or femoral artery of cerebral angiography cases.Vascular stenosis graded with the former. The group of patients according to the glycemic control were divided into good blood glucose control group and poor glycemic control group. Two groups of patients comparative analysis the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis, arterial stenosis distribution, artery stenosisResults: Good blood glucose control group the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis is 63.0%,poor glycemic control group, the incidence of cerebral artery stenosis is 76.6%,the difference was statistically significant(?~2= 5.101,P= 0.024).Two lesions in the cerebral artery stenosis on good blood glucose control group accounted for 77.2% of intracranial stenosis, poor extracranial stenosis group accounted for 72.0%,the difference was not statistically significant(?~2= 0.922,P= 0.337).The two groups in the degree of stenosis,a good group with mild stenosis, accounting for about 51.1%,while the poor to moderate stenosis group accounting for about 40.8%,the existence of statistically significant differences between the two groups(?~2=-2.876,P= 0.004).Conclusion: Glycemic control and the incidence of cerebral vascular stenosis patients with diabetes is closely related to the onset of good blood glucose control and cerebrovascular stenosis low blood pressure poorly controlled contrary increased incidence of cerebral vascular stenosis, and with moderate and severe stenosis incidence increased significantly.
