Objective: The survival and prognosis of patients with hormone independent prostate cancer(AIPC)were retrospectively analyzed to explore the correlation between various factors and the survival and prognosis of patients with AIPC.Methods: Collecting and sorting uropoiesis surgical department admitted during the period of a complete medical records of 118 cases of androgen independence in patients with prostate cancer(AIPC)history data were retrospectively analyzed during June 2005 to December 2015.Data alone,respectively for the Cox regression model analysis of single factor and multiple factors.This study used software for SPSS19.0software.Using Cox regression model analysis of patients' age,Gleason score(Gleason score,GS),baseline PSA,alkaline phosphatase,alkaline phosphatase,ALP),PSA values in endocrine therapy,lactate dehydrogenase,lactate dehydrogenase,LDH),hemoglobin(HB)hemoglobin,and AIPC doubling time when PSA(prostate-specific antigen doubling time,PSADT)such as institute of clinical indicators and the choice whether there is a correlation relationship between patients' overall survival rate.By using the Log-rank method to test of significance of Cox regression,using the Kaplan.Meier method to analyze the survival function.Results:(1)The selected 118 patients at the time of the last follow-up survival in 17 patients,85 cases of patients died,8 patients were lost to follow-up,median averagesurvival time was 25±3.0 months.The study of patients with 1 year survival rate was84%,2 year survival rate was 52%,the 3 year survival rate 22%.2)Single factor Cox regression models: baseline PSA(HR = 2.377,P < 0.001),the ALP(HR = 2.262,P = 0.001),HB(HR = 2.244,P < 0.001),LDH(HR = 1.864,P =0.003),while AIPC PSADT(HR = 2.110,P < 0.001)in the process of endocrine therapy PSA values(HR = 2.292,P < 0.001),is AIPC independent prognostic factors.Age,Gleason score and hormone independence in prostate cancer(AIPC)there is no correlation between survivals.(3)Multiariable Cox regression models: HB(HR = 1.868,P = 0.004),baseline PSA(HR = 1.775,P = 0.007),LDH(HR = 1.943,P = 0.003),endocrine therapy in PSA values(HR = 2.040,P = 0.001),the ALP(HR = 1.914,P = 0.020),while AIPC PSADT(HR =2.025,P = 0.001)are independent prognostic factors affecting hormone independence in prostate cancer.Conclusion: PSA,baseline hemoglobin(HB),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and endocrine therapy in PSA values,AIPC PSADT to affect hormone dependent independent factors of prognosis of prostate cancer(AIPC).
