Objective: Upper urinary tract obstructive diseases is a common clinical urinary tract diseases,Common causes are urinary calculi, urinary tumor, inflammation and congenital malformations,et al.The diagnosis of Upper urinary tract obstruction depends on imaging examination.Through comparing role of ultrasound, intravenous pyelography(IVP)and multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstructive diseases, discussed and evaluated the value and clinical significance of ultrasound,IVP and MSCT examination in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstructive diseases. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the cases were confirmed by operation or pathology of 143 cases of upper urinary tract obstruction. To process the data of the imaging results,Analysis of the accuracy rate of localization diagnosis and character diagnosis of ultrasound,IVP and MSCT examination. To compare the value of ultrasound 、 IVP and MSCT examination in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstructive diseases. Results: The accuracy rate of localization diagnosis of ultrasound,IVP and MSCT examination for diagnosing upper urinary tract obstruction were 87.41%,93.71% and 100%,The accuracy rate of localization diagnosis of ultrasound is lowest. The accuracy rate of character diagnosis of ultrasound,IVP and MSCT examination were 86.71%,76.92% and 99.30%,The accuracy rate of character diagnosis of MSCT was significantly higher than that of the former two. Conclusion: Ultrasound is the preferred method of examination of upper urinary tract obstructive diseases,IVP still has some value,It should be combined with ultrasound,That can improve the accuracy rate of localization diagnosis and character diagnosis.MSCT can clear the localization diagnosis and the character diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstructive diseases,It has important clinical significance. |
