Objective:A retrospective analysis of stent assisted coil embolization treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms prognosis and recent follow-up efficacy, explore the related factors affecting prognosis. Methods:Between June 2013 with December 2015,a total of 61 patients with complex intracranial aneurysms were treated with combined stent and coils.61 patients with 77 cases aneurysms.51 acutely ruptured complex intracranial aneurysms and 10 unruptured complex intracranial aneurysms were embolized with stents at our center. To assess the effect of embolism with immediate postoperative angiography, the clinical outcome evaluation was done with the Glasgow Outcome Score(GOS)and modified Rankin scale(mRS).The patients' angiographic outcome that followed up for 4-6 month, complications and follow-up of the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)to evaluate the effect of the recent follow-up.Data referred to above used stata10.0 system for single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysisResults:1 The results of treatment: 43 solitaire stents and 18 enterprise stents were released.Complete embolization was achieved in 26 cases(42.6%),subtotal embolization was achieved in 20 cases(32.8%),partial embolization was achieved in 14 cases(22.9%),1 case(1.7%)did not embolism. Most patients of complex intracranial aneurysms were treated with combined stent and coils were in good clinical condition: 5 cases(8.1%)had complications.3patients(4.9%)had cerebral infarction,1 patient(1.6%)bleeding after cerebral infarction, recovery after 3 months,1 patient died(1.6%),no aneurysms recurrence, rebleeding and stent migration of long-term follow-up.2 The results of statistics: It was statistically significant that the stentsrelease technology's influence on the patients with postoperative complications(?2=7.53,P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Fisher grade statistically significant impact on clinical outcomes(P<0.05)and the effect that the time of onset,GCS of admission is not obvious significance.Fisher grade impact on patient GOS of follow-up(P<0.05),other factors not statistically significant. Conclusion: Intraoperative stents release technology had an impact on the postoperative complications.GCS of admission,Fisher grade, aneurysm rupture or not affect prognosis that stent assisted coil embolization of complex intracranial aneurysms, the Fisher grade also affect recent follow-up efficacy of stent assisted embolization treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms.
