Objective: Because of the aging process of the society, western diet structure, increasing burden from living and working, lack of out-door exercises, unhealthy habits, the unsufficient basic medical care investment and the changes of physiological value can not be observed timely, coronary heart disease has become a severe threatening disease as well as one of the common diseases in hospital. Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG)as the most important way to cure coronary heart disease, has been employed by the whole world. With the increasing skills of OPCABG, more and more aging or heart function failed patients choose it which increases the probability of hypoxemia of post operative period. The hypoxemia of post operative period will reduce the general tissue for absorb the oxygen which will result in hypertension, heart rate accelerate, post operative complication increase, prolong hospital-time and increase the medical expenses. If mild hypoxemia failed to be cured timely, it will continuous aggravate, and result in grave consequences, like the function of important organ of the general tissue failure, infection that can not be controled by top level antibiotics, even threaten the life. All above cause great lost for patients and their family. Therefore, to discuss the relevant elements of hypoxemia after OPCABG will have important guiding significance. This thesis is to analysis and assess the relevant elements of hypoxemia after OPCABG, which provide the patients who have the relevant elements of hypoxemia with theoretical foundation and best therapeutic effect, as well as to reduce the occurrence rate of OPCABG grafting hypoxemia. Methods: 2013 to 2015 were treated in our hospital and take in OPCABG 145 patients. There are 145 patients,100 male patients,45 femalepatients, their age from 60 to 79(68.13±6.16),65 patients are obese symptoms,41 patients have a history of smoking,35 patients have blood hypertension,39 patients have a history of diabetes, lesions appear the count at1-5(3.22±0.34) branch, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) before surgery<50% of patients reached 37 cases,10 patients have valve lesion, the average time of using breathing machine is 20.53±11.72 hours, the average operation time is 236.35±60.17 minutes, the average anesthesia time is 294.55±67.39 minutes. In all data analysis is used mainly expressed in the form standared deviation, and the count data in the form of chi-square test, using t test for measurement data, the data processing in the form of PASS 17.0. At last, using the form of logistics analysis of regression to compare with relevant elements and hypoxemia. Among those, P<0.05 is considered the difference has statistical significance. Results: 145 patients were treated OPCABG, 43 cases(29.65%) have hypoxemia after operation. Analysis each relevant elements of hypoxemia, there is a clear relationship between main gender, age, obesity, the smoking history, heart function before the operation, operation time and anesthesia time. While, there is no correlation between the hypertension, diabetes, the count of lesion branch, combine with valve lesion and the time of using breathing machine.Conclusion:1 There is a clear relationship between main gender and OPCABG hypoxemia. Male patients are greater than female patients.2 There is a clear relationship between age and OPCABG hypoxemia. It is easier to be hypoxemia in older age patients.3 Obesity is a dangerous element of OPCABG hypoxemia.4 There is a clear relationship between smoking history and OPCABG hypoxemia. The probability of patients who had a history of smoking is higher than those who never smoke.5 Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) before surgery <50% of patients have a obvious higher probability.6 There is a clear relationship between operation time and anesthesia time and OPCABG hypoxemia.7 There is no correlation between the hypertension, diabetes, the count of lesion branch, combine with valve lesion and the time of using breathing machine...
