Objective:1 A prospective study was conducted to explore the changes of immune function in children with recurrent pneumonia,on the base of the hospital data in Hebei Province,YuXian People's Hospital from December 2014 to December 2015.2 To investigate the role of CD4~+CD25~+Treg(the peripheral blood)in the inflammatory response of recurrent pneumonia.3 To investigate the role of interleukin-17 in inflammatory response in recurrent pneumonia.4 To observe whether it is related between index changes of CD4+ CD25+Treg(peripheral blood),IL-17 in children with recurrent pneumonia and their Severity of illness. Methods:The study subjects were from the Hebei Pro-vince,Yuxian People's Hospital. The design of this study was divided into recurrent pneumonia group and non infection control group, details as followed:1 recurrent pneumonia group were selected 48 cases(this group was subdivided into mild pneumonia group and severe pneumonia),who visited this hospital from December 2014 to 2015 December,More than 1 years old ?5 years and below 5 years old children with recurrent pneumonia, including boy 28 in cases, girl in 20 cases, average age(20.72.5 months),and this group children all do not have no bronchial foreign body and congenital abnormalities, but have immunodeficiency disease.2 Non infected control group, who visited this hospital during the same period of the same age,is 42 cases of health examination in children, including boy 22 in cases, girl in 20 cases, average age(20.11.5 months).Result:1 Two groups of the proportion of CD4~+CD25~+Treg cells and CD4+T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood were: recurrent pneumonia(4.451.48)%,non infected control group(8.292.17)%.Compared with the non infected control group, the recurrent pneumonia group was lower, and difference has statistical significant(P<0.05).2 Compared with the non infected control group(72.4021.48)pg/ml,interleukin-17 of the recurrent pneumonia group(99.3030.59)pg/ml was higher, and difference has statistical significant(P<0.05).3 Interleukin-17 in the light recurrent pneumonia group is(82.9814.19)pg/ml,(125.0228.35)pg/ml in the severe recurrent pneumonia group. The data of severe recurrent pneumonia is higher than the light, and difference has statistical significant(P<0.05).4 CD4~+CD25~+Treg cells in the light recurrent pneumonia group is(5.460.98))%and(2.980.58)% in the severe recurrent pneumonia group. The data of severe recurrent pneumonia is lower than the light, and difference has statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The decline of the regulatory of T cell of CD4~+CD25~+Treg cells(the peripheral blood)in children with recurrent pneumonia and the increase of IL-17 all show that it may be related between Treg cells,IL-17 and severity of illness in children with recurrent pneumonia.
