Research On Effects Of Fuzheng Xiaoji Hua Yu Pill Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer On Immunity And Life Quality

Objective: The thesis is to evaluate the security and effectiveness of Fuzheng Xiaoji Huayu Pill on the treatment of medium and advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)by exploring influences of Fuzheng Xiao Ji Huayu Pill over the immune function,life quality and toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing of NSCLC patients,thus providing sources for the clinical application and promotion of Chinese traditional medicine on the treatment of NECLC.Methods: The author divided all 57 NSCLC patients that have been incorporated into clinic studies into a treatment group with 29 cases and a normal control group with 28 cases.The treatment group adopts the method of combining Fuzheng Xiaoji Huayu Pill and NP projectto conduct chemotherapy,while the normal control group uses pure NP projectto conduct chemotherapy.After two rounds of treatment,the author observed changes of those patients in RECIST,KPS credit,immune functions,life quality,TCM symptoms,toxic and side effects.Results:(1)The difference of two RECIST is of no statistical significance(P>0.05);(2)The difference of two KPS credit is of no statistical significance(P>0.05);(3)The treatment group is superior to the normal control group in immune functions index changes;(4)The treatment group patients show a more obvious improvement on life quality credits than the normal control group,and the difference possesses statistical significance(P<0.05);(5)The treatment group indicates an obvious improvement on TCM symptoms,and the difference possesses statistical significance(P<0.05);(6)The treatment group shows an obvious decrease in toxic and side effects incidences,and the difference possesses statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions: Fuzheng Xiaoji Huayu Pill can improves patients’ immune function during the chemotherapy of NSCLC,elevate their life quality,improve TCM symptoms and alleviate toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy.
