Objective: Optimization of cervical pre-hypertensive model; Observed Changes in rats after correction atlantoaxial joint structural disorder of blood pressure; To investigate the role of the vagus nerve in the cervical hypertension model.Methods:1. Select 130 SD male rats weighing(250±10g), divided into 30 groups, sham30, and the remaining 70 for copying atlantoaxial rats disorder, according to the inclusion criteria selected 30 as the left side of the surgery group, 30 as the right of the surgery group.2. The rats heart rate higher than 300 BMP, model group were higher than sham group(P <0.05); the right of the left side of the surgery group than in the surgery group(P <0.05); sham group and control group without significant difference(P >0.05). HRV in LF / HF index model group increased compared with sham(P <0.05);the right of the left side of the surgery group compared with the surgery group(P >0.05), LF / HF group is higher than the right side of the operation; sham group compared with the control group(P > 0.05), no significant difference.4. model e Ach group vagus nerve discharge frequency were lower than the sham group(P <0.05); the right of the left side of the surgery group compared with the surgery group(P <0.05), higher discharge frequency operation group on the right;and sham no significant difference compared to the control group.5. Compared with the sham-operated significantly decreased(P <0.05) content in rat serum Ach 5. The model group; the left and right side of the surgery group compared to serum Ach content(P <0.05), higher than the right side of the left; sham group and control group compared to(P > 0.05), no significant difference;6. Ach group BP and HRV index LF / HF, serum Ach content, vagus nerve discharge frequency of negative correlation.Conclusion:1. Optimized cervical hypertension model group from the previous month for e Ach experimental model consisting of high power, high blood pressure and the trend is clearly2. After releasing atlantoaxial joint rats, blood pressure return to normal.3. Rats atlantoaxial disorders can cause high blood pressure, can affect the vagus nerve, causing the firing rate slows down, heart rate and heart rate variability changes in serum Ach decreased.4. Ach group BP and HRV index LF / HF, serum Ach content, vagus nerve discharge frequency of negative correlation.
