Effects Of Quality Of Life Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Appropriate Technology On Ischemic Stroke

Objective: The issue is aimed at ischemic stroke patients' Quality of life about Appropriate health technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to observe the difference on different type of syndrome stroke patients.in order to enrich clinical Rehabilitation nursing methods of cerebral infarction.Methods: 1.To 80 cases included in the standard of ischemic stroke patients divided into two groups,one group is routine rehabilitation,the other group is Appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,40 patients in each group.two groups patients were given medicine nursing,diet nursing,psychological nursing,living nursing,condition monitoring and beyond that bed turn training,position training,bobath handshake,good pose and so on also to given them; beside that,Appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine group is given Moxibustion,acupressure and Ear acupuncture point buries a bean. 2.Using Excel software to record data and Spss 17.0 statistical software for data analysis,enumeration data use X2 test;measurement data use x-±s,t-test and variance analysis,if inspection standard is P<0.05,then difference is statistically significant,P<0.01 is said that differences have a significant statistical significance,and P>0.05 is said that differences were not satistically significant.Results: 1.The Barthel index,swallowing function score,SF-36 score and SWLS score of each group: 2 weeks later,all of 2 groups score is more than beginning(P<0.01),except for the swallowing function score, differences have a significant statistical significance;4 weeks later all of 2 groups score were more than before(P<0.01), differences have a significant statistical significance. 2.The Barthel index,swallowing function score,SF-36 score and SWLS score of two groups.: 2 weeks later,2 groups' score were no different(P>0.05),4 weeks later,all of the score of Appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine group is more than routine rehabilitation group(P<0.05),except for the swallowing function score. 3.The Barthel index,swallowing function score,SF-36 score and SWLS score of each type of syndrome stroke patients: Wind phlegm fire in port type,the wind phlegm fetish resistance type and phlegm heat relieving excess type patients' score of 2 groups were no difference(P>0.05), differences were not satistically significant;the yin deficiency wind stirring type patients' Barthel index, SF-36 score and SWLS score,the Appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine group is more than routine rehabilitation group(P<0.05), difference is statistically significant;the deficiency of Qi and stagnation of blood type patients' score of Barthel index and SF-36 score, the Appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine group is more than routine rehabilitation group(P<0.05), difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.the rehabilitation nursing of Appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine group is more than routine rehabilitation group,during the period of care,the patients' Quality of life is significantly enhanced and with the treatment is increasing,the reflection is more obvious. 2.The 5 type of syndrome stroke patients, the Appropriate health technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine is good for Qi and stagnation of blood type and yin deficiency wind stirring type patients, and with the treatment is increasing,the reflection is more obvious. 3.Proxiding the basis for clinical nursing of ischemic cerebral apoplexy and enrich the clinical nursing technology.
