ObjectiveAmisulpride is a new type of atypical antipsychotics in our country, there is still a lack of the efficacy and adverse Metabolic reactions of evidence-based medicine. This study have been evaluated respectively the efficacy and adverse Metabolic of the amisulpride and olanzapine treating schizophrenia by Meta analysis, and it can supply information for clinical application.MethodsCollection the randomized controlled trial of the amisulpride and olanzapine treating schizophrenia by document retrieval through Cochrane library, Pubmed,Embase, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wan Fang Database(Time: From data setting up to December, 2015). According to eligibility criteria and excluding criteria strictly screening, strict screening for eligible clinical research by Cochrane collaboration research bias risk assessment tool to evaluate quality into literature and extracted data. We also assessed Meta-analysis and sensitivity analysis by the statistical software RevMan5.0. We have published the bias risk analysis by the funnel plots.ResultsWe have included 15 RCTs into this study, the results of the Meta-analysis showed that, compared to olanzapine, the recovery rate[OR=0.90,95%CI(0.67,1.20),P=0.47], efficiency [OR=0.92,95%CI(0.67,1.27),P=0.63]of amisulpride have no remarkable statistical significance. The final score of PANSS scale[MD=0.99,95%CI(-0.79,2.77),P=0.27]and BPRS scale [MD=-0.31,95%CI(-1.80,1.18),P=0.68]compared with baseline showed that those two sets also have no remarkable statistical significance. The efficacy of the amisulpride and olanzapine treating schizophrenia showed the same. In terms of adverse metabolic, there are2 RCTs, not suitable for quantitative Meta analysis, each random trial has been described.ConclusionThe efficacy of amisulpride and olanzapine treating schizophrenia showed the same, and in terms of adverse metabolism, compared to olanzapine is more easily causing blood glucose, triglyceride and cholestenone go up, Need more clinical research to confirm this funding. Furthermore, domestic cliterature quality is generally low, it is necessary to require amount of high-quality and samples RCTs to study further.
