Background:Aplastic anaemia is a rare and heterogeneous disorder. Aplastic anemia is a group of bone marrow failure and pancytopenia disease. Hematopoietic stem/ progenitor cell intrinsic defect and microenvironment functional defects, abnormal immune response were related to aplastic anaemia, but the pathogenesis of aplastic anaemia is still no comprehensive clear.A part of aplastic anemia patients using immunosuppressive therapy were effective, but there are some problems that included no complete remission, relapse, clone evolution and so on.In addition to abnormal immune response,there maybe has other pathogenesis of aplastic anaemia.By immunohistochemistry analysis WWP2 and PTEN expression in AA, the control group, and a group of hematologic malignancies. Objective:Observation WWP2 and PTEN expression in AA group, analyzed the relations of these genes with AA, as well as the correlation between PTEN and WWP2. Methods:Collected from March 2012 to February 2015 11 cases of AA and 7 patients in the control group, 10 cases of patients with hematologic malignancies. Using immunohistochemical expression of PTEN and WWP2. Results:The PTEN expression of AA group is lower than the control group,there is a statistically significant difference. AA group after immunosuppressive therapy PTEN expression increased. The expression of WWP2 in the three groups has no differences. The WWP2 expression btween in before immunosuppressive treatment group and after immunosuppressive group has no difference, but we observed WWP2 expression increased in two of cases severe aplastic anemia after immunosuppressive therapy, By increasing the number of cases can further test and verify threir relations.Conclusion:Aplastic anemia may be related to the incidence of PTEN downregulation. Although WWP2 was no difference in the three groups, but observed two cases of SAA after immunosuppressive treatment expression cases WWP2 is increases, the need for further analysis aplastic anemia incidence among WWP2 and association by increasing cases of.
