Objective:To investigate the prognostic effects of different treatments to the nasal-type NK/T cell lymphoma and analyze the clinical and molecular prognostic factors of nasal-type NK/T cell lymphoma. Methods:1.General data: From May 2005 to May 2014,80 patients with nasal-type NK/T cell lymphoma of Jiangxi oncology hospital were collected ?2.Statistical methods: Survival analysis was performed using Kaplan-Meier,survival results was performed using Log-rank,COX proportional hazards regression model was performed to identify independent risk factors. Results:1. Efficiency: All patients' efficiency,RR rate was 81.2%, CR rate was 28.7%.2. Survival time:5- year OS rate of all patients was 67.5%, 5-year DFS rate for all patients was 46.3%.Prognostic factors of influencing survival:(1)Radiotherapy alone, chemotherapy alone and comprehensive treatment, The 5-year OS rate was repectively 40.0%,50.0%,78.6%;5-year DFS rate was repecetively 20.0%,25%,57.1%; comprehensive treatment significantly improved long-term survival time.(2)containing anthracycline chemotherapy and asparaginase/L-Asparaginasum chem.- otherapy, the 5-year OS rate respectively was 70.7% and 89.5%(P = 0.002), and 5-year DFS rate respectively was 46.3%and 73.7%(P =0.004).3. COX proportional hazards regression model showed that treatment mode, chemotherapy containing asparaginase/L-Asparaginasum chemotherapy, EBV-DNA, clinical staging and nasal-type NK/T cell lymphoma(NCCN) prognosis index were independent prognostic factors. Conclusion:1. The short-term efficacy and long-term survival of the patient containing asparaginase/L-Asparaginasum chemotherapy are better than the patient containing anthracycline chemotherapy; The long-term survival of comprehensive treatment is obviously better than simple radiotherapy and chemotherapy.2.EBV-DNA<6x107,Comprehensive treatment,asparaginase/L-Asparaginasum chemotherapy based chemotherapy can significantly improve patients' long-term survival time.
