BackgroundPediatric gastrointestinal hemorrhage is one of the common diseases in the pediatric department of general surgery, can occur at any age,and the incidence of intestinal bleeding rate accounted for the entire gastrointestinal bleeding 2%-15%.The reason of bleeding is due to congenital malformation, hemangioma, small intestinal tumor.Because the gastroscopy and colonoscopy can't explore the small intestinal lesions, and the Emission Computed Tomography(ECT)have some false negative rate and false positive rate. The enteroclysis and angiography can not find the reason of bleeding because of its limitations. With the application of laparoscopy in surgical operation, making this technique in the diagnosis and treatment of children's enterorrhagia has been further extended.ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of children's enterorrhagia,to further promote the application of laparoscopic in pediatric surgery.MethodsReview for unknown reasons and treated in our hospital from 2013-2015,small intestine hemorrhage surgery the patient's clinical data, eliminate intraoperative found no disease data, randomly selected from 22 cases of traditional laparotomy surgery for group A,20 patients undergoing laparoscopic exploration for group B,the average age of the two groups of children, sex has no statistical significance.Compared to two sets of data in the operation time, incision size, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, and statistical analysis.ResultsThrough the analysis, two groups of data in the operation time, incision size, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, etc all have difference(P < 0.05),there is statistical significance.ConclusionLaparoscopic treatment of pediatric small bowel bleeding with little trauma, less pain, quick recovery and so on advantages, can be widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric small bowel bleeding.
