BackgroundWith the social development, people's chances of being in a car accident and other trauma was significantly higher than before.Liver rich blood supply,so general surgery often face a problem-prone to bleeding after trauma. Now mainly liver trauma whether conservative or surgical treatment of it faced a problem-early postoperative plasma albumin concentration decline, which is cape surgeons often encountered. There is a big opinion in the use of exogenous albumin after surgery, both inside and outside. After studying non-severe liver trauma surgery on albumin infusion increased plasma albumin concentration, and to analyze exogenous albumin value in clinic. In order to explore whether albumin infusion can increase serum albumin concentration after surgery,we selected non-experienced severe liver trauma surgery,110 patients were randomly divided into two groups, albumin and saline group, and monitor albumin levels preoperative and postoperative, compared to summarize and analyze the links between the parameters to provide reference for clinical work.ObjectiveTo explore the role of albumin in the patients with non severe liver injury and disease operation after surgery.Methods110 patients with non severe liver trauma surgery were selected from Department of general surgery of First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College and Luoyangsi mengjin gongliao hospital from June 2013 to November 2014.In the early stage of the operation, albumin decreased, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, albumin group and saline group. The changes in the content of albumin, prealbumin and total protein of plasma, and the changes of nutritional status were observed and recorded in the two groups. At the same time, the relationship between the changes of serum albumin and the incidence of complications in the two groups was analyzed by statistical method and the connection between the different levels of hypoalbuminemia and internal environment.Plasma albumin concentration was determined by bromocresol green method were detected and plasma volume was determined by hydroxyethyl starch method were detected, globulin and total plasma protein was determined by biuret method for testing, plasma concentrations of albumin by scattering rate turbidimetry test. Then we carry on the simple inference calculation according to the corresponding formula. The resulting data were processed by statistical methods and regression analysis was carried out.ResultsIn patients with non severe liver trauma and disease, the early stage of exogenous infusion of albumin and serum albumin was different. And after statistical analysis, the level of serum albumin level, nutrition index and prognosis of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the patients with albumin group was 43.5%,and the incidence of complications was 42.3%.And it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionAlbumin administration in early stage of postoperative hypoalbuminemia following the liver surgery of non-server injuries and disease is not beneficial in clinical work. The low serum albumin has a great influence on the prognosis of the patients. Therefore, for patients with pre-operative hypoalbuminemia,in the perioperative period is necessary to replenish the albumin. After surgery, the decrease of plasma albumin was common, and the patients had a significant decrease in serum albumin level after operation. That is,exogenous infusion of albumin to enhance the level of albumin in the body without clinical significance.
