The Study Of Malignant Pleural Effusion Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer's Treatment Based On The Mixed Dryness And Dampness Theory

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tinglizeqi decoction based on the theory of mixed dryness and dampness combined cisplatin in malignant pleural effusion of non-small lung cancer.Method: Sixty patients with malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer were prospective randomized into control group and treatment group.The treatment group was used intrathoracic perfusion with cisplatin based on oral Tinlizeqi decoction.However,the control group was only used intrathoracic perfusion with cisplatin.To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect from malignant pleural effusion ease by Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms scores,KPS,side effects and IL-2 level.Result: Result: 1.The total effect in treatment group was 90.00%,The total effect in control group was 70.00%,there was statistical difference between them(p<0.05),the treatment group was superior to that in control.2.Both groups could improve Chinese medicinal symptoms,but the impact of treatment group was better(p<0.05),as for improving single symptom,both groups could relieve cough(p<0.05)but there wasno significant difference between two groups.Treatment group had advantages in alleviating dyspnea(p<0.05).At the same time,both groups had no significant difference in relieving pain(p>0.05).3.In the aspect of alleviating side effect,both groups had no significant difference between blood routine examination and hepatorenal function.The occurrence rate of nausea and vomiting was low(p<0.05).4.both groups could improve the IL-2 level in serum(P<0.05),there was statistical differenc on them.Treatment group was superior to the control obviously in improving IL-2 level in serum.Conclusion: Under the guidance of mixed dryness and dampness theory,combined tinglizeqi decoction with cisplatin to treat malignant pleural effusion of non-small lung cancer is feasible through perfusion therapy,which can reduce the malignant pleural effusion,relieve TCM symptom,relieve cough,alleviate dyspnea,improve KPS,and enhance IL-2 level in serum.Finally it provides an effective method for treating malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer.
