Objective: To investigate the incidence,age distribution,clinical pathological characteristics,treatment and prognosis of cellular uterine leiomyoma.Methods: Collected and analysis the clinical information of 147 patients who were suffering from cellular uterine leiomyoma,received surgical operation and were diagnosed with patholoy between January 2008 to December 2015 in my hospital retrospectively.Results: 1 Incidence: 2008-2015 annual CUL patients accounted for the proportion of patients with uterine fibroids increased year by year were 3.5%,3.93%,5.31%,6.15%,6.21%,7.09%,10.368%,10.07%.2.Age distribution:.Most of the cellular type of uterine leiomyoma is women of childbearing age.3.Clinical manifestations: The main features of CUL is abnormal menstruation and abdominal mass,same with myoma of uterus.4.Auxiliary examination: transvaginal ultrasound can be found in the tumor body disease were examined with MRI further,beneficial for the diagnosis.5.Diagnosis: the diagnosis should be based on postoperative pathology,frozen pathology can help in the initial diagnosis,and postoperative pathological diagnosis coincidence rate94.28%.6.Treatment: hysterectomy,cystectomy or myoma of uterus,abdominal myomectomy is better than laparoscopic.Conclusion: 1 ? The incidence of CUL has increased in recent years,and more common in women of childbearing age.2?CUL in the treatment of hysterectomy is the best preserved fertility of feasible cystectomy uterine fibroids,transabdominal is better than laparoscopic.3 ? CUL although the preoperative diagnosis is difficult,but its biological behavior is benign.
