Objective: Using MR diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)observation precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus(sport and sensorium)differences in the process of aging brain.Methods: 120 right-handed healthy volunteers,recruited from March 2015 to December 2015.According to age and gender;According to the UN’s world health organization put forward a new age of block division standard(under 44 for young people,aged 45 to 59 are middle-aged,aged 60 to 74 for the elderly,young age from 75 to 89 for the elderly),all the participants can be divided into young(≤44 years old)and elderly group(>45 years old),with sixty subjects for each group.All the volunteers were examined by MRI routine sequence and DTI sequence using US GE 1.5T MR.DTI original data incoming the ADW4.5 post-processing workstation,using Functool software,After selecting the regions of interest artificially,4 FA value about left precentral gyrus,right precentral gyrus,left postcentral gyrus,right postcentral gyrus were measured by the machine automatically.The T test were used respectively to compare FA value changing about age,gender,left and right,precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus,statistically significance was designated at P<0.05.Results:1 The FA value difference analysis about left precentral gyrus,right precentral gyrus,left postcentral gyrus,right postcentral gyrus in different age groups.The FA value difference had statistical significance.In Women or men different age groups about left precentral gyrus,right precentral gyrus,left postcentral gyrus,right postcentral gyrus.2 The FA value difference analysis about left precentral gyrus,right precentral gyrus,left postcentral gyrus,right postcentral gyrus in the same age group between different genders.The FA value difference had no statistical significance.in Women and men same age group about left precentral gyrus,right precentral gyrus,left postcentral gyrus,right postcentral gyrus.3 The FA value difference analysis about the left and right precentral gyrus,the left and right postcentral gyrus in the same age group and same gender.The FA value difference had statistical significance in young women about the left side of the precentral gyrus and the right side of the postcentral gyrus.The FA value difference had no statistical significance in elderly Women,young men and elderly men about the left side of the precentral gyrus and the right side of the postcentral gyrus.4 The FA value difference analysis about left precentral gyrus and right precentral gyrus,left postcentral gyrus and right postcentral gyrus in the same age group and same gender.The FA value difference had statistical significance in women or men about left precentral gyrus and right precentral gyrus,left postcentral gyrus and right postcentral gyrus.Conclusion:1 In health normal brain aging process,FA value negative correlation with age a linear change about precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus,namely the FA values decrease with age growth.2 The FA value about precentral gyrus is greater than postcentral gyrus in all age group3 The FA value about precentral gyrus and precentral gyrus have no gender differences...
