Correlation Between TCM Constitution And The Recovery Of Gastrointestinal Function After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the correlation between the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gallstones after laparoscopic cholecystectomy with TCM Constitution, and find out the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery effect of physical types.Methods Choose 480 cases of patients with acute cholecystitis treated by the Anhui Armed Police Corps Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. TCM constitution classification method adopts nine kinds of constitution classification of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine professor Wang Qi, constitution identification method using body mass table questionnaire survey method. The constitution of traditional Chinese medicine by patients with complete separate questionnaire, fill out the back on the spot. Also fill in the obstacles by the investigator to help fill in. TCM constitution types of data and different physical patients operative time, postoperative abdominal distension, bowel sounds recovery time, anal exsufflation, defecation time, he change of the data collection, before and after the operation of gastrointestinal hormone level change. The establishment of database, using SPSS16. 0 statistical analysis software for data statistics and calculation. The 480 cases of gallstone patients with TCM Constitution distribution, comparison of different physical patients operative time,postoperative abdominal distension, bowel sounds recovery time, anus exhaust and defecation time difference, comparison of different constitution before and after operation in patients with serum gastrointestinal hormone level changes differences were observed. P<0.05 is significant difference. To find out the types of TCM constitution which affect the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results The surveyed 480 cases of gallstone patients nine kinds of TCM constitution type distribution sequence from more to less: dampness heat, phlegm dampness constitution, qi deficiency constitution, normal constitution, qi stagnation, blood stasis,deficiency of yin and yang deficiency, special intrinsic quality. Different constitution of patients with operation time although different, but the difference was not statistically significant, and postoperative abdominal distension, bowel sounds recovery time, anal exhaust and defecation time differences, to qi deficiency, dampness heat in patients after abdominal distension, bowel sound recovery time, anal exhaust, exhaust and time and other constitutional significantly different(P<0.05). Different physical patients serum motilin and gastrin level decreased(P<0.05). The level of vasoactive intestinal peptide was higher than that before operation(P<0.05). Somatostatin levels decreased compared with preoperative(P<0.05). In patients with qi deficiency and dampness of motilin and gastrin levels were significantly lower than those of the other body(P<0.05). Vasoactive intestinal peptide levels were significantly higher than other physical(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two levels of somatostatin and other physical constitution(P>0.05).Conclusion Different TCM physical gallstone patients underwent laparoscopic surgery recovery of gastrointestinal function after different. Compared to other types of TCM Constitution, qi deficiency and dampness heat in patients with postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.
