Based On FLAIR Sequence Vascular High Signal Observation Tong Du God Acupuncture Intervention Studies In Patients With TIA

Objective:This research selected 70 patients of transient ischemic attack, compared the effects of acupuncture group and drug group on high signal of FLAIR sequence blood vessels,discussed the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment in TIA patients treatment to explain its effectiveness,thus providing foundation for stroke prevention.Methods:Altogether,70 patients of transient ischemic attack were selected,they are from Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Anhui University,the Second Affiliated Acupuncture Hospital,these 70 outpatient and hospitalized cases were divided into 35 cases of acupuncture treatment group and the drug group.The main acupoints of acupuncture group are dazhui?baihui?yamen?fengfu?mingmen?jingjiaji.Acupuncture was done once a day, needles have to be retained after needling, hand-manipulating of needle was done respectively once in every 10 minutes, 20 minutes,30 minutes,a total of needle-retaining is of 30 minutes.Patients of drug group take 30 mg Nimodipine Tablets three times a day,two groups' patients take 3 weeks as a course of treatment,totalling 2 courses of treatment.Two groups of patients before treatment, treatment 1,6, 12 months after check FLAIR sequence,and grade on TCM Syndrome based on Stroke aura syndrome diagnosis and curative effect evaluation standard,record the incidence rate of cerebral infarction within 1,6 and 12 months after treatment.Consequence:(1) The apoplexy syndromes scoresAfter two treatment courses, acupuncture group significantly reduced in the score,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),The western medicine group reduced significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),compared with drug group, acupuncture group score decreased more obvious, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)acupuncture group and drug group can improve symptoms, and is better than that of control group,in the improvement of symptoms inpatients is more obvious.(2) Changes in FVHTwo groups of patients were found to have FVH before treatment,comparable.Treatment FVH detection of two groups of patients after 1 month, 2 cases for treatment group, control group of 1 example, after statistics analysis, chi-square value= 0.348, P = 0.555 > 0.05, no statistical significance. FVH detection of two groups of patients after 6 months, 3 cases for treatment group and control group in 5 cases, after statistics analysis, chi-square value = 0.565, P = 0.452 > 0.05, no statistical significance. FVH 12 months after the detection of two groups of patients, 5 cases for treatment group and control group of 15 cases, after statistics analysis, chi-square value = 7.00, P = 7.00 < 0.05, with statistical significance.(3) The incidence of cerebral infarctionTwo groups have no cerebral infarction occured after treatment within a month,Treatment group and control group have 2 cases and 4 cases respectively.After statistics analysis, Chi-square value = 0.729, P = 0.393 > 0.05 is of no statistical significance.12 months, the treatment group and control group have 3 cases and 10 cases respectively,through statistical analysis, Chi-square value = 4.629, P = 4.629 <0.05 is of statistical significance.(4) The safety assessment70 TIA patients have no acupuncture and drug adverse reaction before and after treatment,the same is the laboratory indexes,So two therapies are safe and reliable.Conclusion:(1) Both acupuncture group and drug group can effectively cure TIA patients, improve clinical symptoms, reduce FVH, thereby reducing the occurrence of cerebral apoplexy.And tong tai god acupuncture group in the treatment of patients with TIA, improve the clinical symptoms of drug control.(2) The results by 2 and 3, the two methods of treatment in all can reduce FVH patients, so as to reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction, acupuncture groups during treatment and after treatment of FVH patients less, a low probability ofcerebral infarction, and drugs during treatment group after 1 month only found 1 case FVH, nor cerebral infarction, and in for 6 months and 12 months after treatment with a FVH on the rise, the incidence of cerebral infarction is rising, suggesting acupuncture in the treatment of TIA, effective for stroke prevention is better than that of drug group, the long-term curative effect is good.(3) Although long curative effect in acupuncture group than drugs significantly, but after stopping acupuncture treatment also appeared a few FVH, cerebral infarction, so we should intermittently for acupuncture treatment TIA patients, so as to more effectively prevent the happening of the stroke. And drug group in patients taking effective FVH control during the period of emergence and the occurrence of cerebral infarction, but occurs after the patients stop taking FVH patients with cerebral infarction, the probability of cerebral infarction to 12 months in higher, not long curative effect in prevention of stroke, so that patients taking western medicine should continue to take drugs, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of cerebral apoplexy(4) The international standardization of easy-find,normative treatment,no adverse reaction and side effects is a safe and effective way to cure TIA,worthing clinical promotion.
