Study On Quality Standard Of Thesium Chinense Turcz

Objective: To establish the quality standard of thesium chinese turc, 13 batches of thesium chinese turcz were observed from different origins(Anhui, Henan, Hubei and Shanxi province). Characters the identification, fingerprint, examination, inorganic elements, extract, content and other aspects were regraded as outcome measures. The study was also provided quality standard to the related preparations of thesium chinese turc.Methods: This paper combined with the original plant morphology from the root, leaf,flower, fruit, of thesium chinese turcz and described as taste pieces.The tissue structure and structural features were observed based on the conventional method of crude drug(microscopic technique). Thesine I index analysis method was established for qualitative research of by TLC. HPLC was used to set up the fingerprint of thesium chinese turc. Water, ash, acid insoluble ash, extract and other quantitative determination was determined according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 2015, Vol. 4. The inorganic elements were analyzed by ICP-MS after microwave digestion, thesium chinese turc was tested on the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The above results were analyzed by using the data processing software of similarity software, SPSS and simca-p and other data processing software. HPLC method was used to establish a quantitative analysis method for the quantitative analysis of thesium chinese turcz by using Thesine I as the index component.Results: By the 13 batch of thesium chinese turcz description, preliminary establish identification standard characters and evaluation methods.Microscopic research results show that powder characteristics was the common characteristics of dicotyledonous plants, so the specificity is not strong. 13 batches of thesium chinese turcz were almost the same as the control species except one, it is said that the method can be used to control the quality control of thesium chinese turcz. HPLC characteristic spectrum was convenient to operate with good separation, stable baseline, fast and effective, and it can evaluate the quality as a whole. After the experiments, the water content standard of thesium chinese turcz is not more than 11.2%, the ash is not more than 15.8%, acid insoluble ash content is not more than 4.3%, water soluble extractive is not less than21.8%, and the content the content is not less than 0.53%. ICP-MS was used to analysis the inorganic elements, cluster analysis, principal component analysis and so on was used to process data. The results show that thesium chinese turcz contains more than 15 kinds of inorganic elements, there were different degrees discrepancies in 15 inorganic elements. So the quantitative analysis method was important to establish. The paper is to provide certain reference about inorganic elements, and also provide the initial development of quality standard of thesium chinese turcz.Conclusion: The research investigated the identification, fingerprint, inspection, trace elements, extract, content of 13 batches of thesium chinese turcz from four origins(Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Shanxi). The quality standard of thesium chinese turc was fully established.
