Extraction Technology And Quality Of Huangdi Anxiao Capsule Control Researsh

The preparation was tested by thin layer chromatography, UPLC and a multi- evaluation method, and the quality control of the preparation was achieved.Methods:1.The medicinal materials radix rehmanniae, radix puerariae by ethanol reflux extraction, using L9(34) orthogonal design test was carried out on four factors,ethanol concentration, ethanol concentration, extraction time and extraction times were investigated with the content of puerarin and alcohol soluble extract as the indexes, using comprehensive score for data analysis method and select the optimal alcohol extraction process.Preferably a loquat leaf, Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Ophiopogonis shamisen medicine optimum water extraction process for prescription medicine soaking 0.5h, 8 times amount of water, decocting 3 times 2h.2.The medicinal materials rhizoma coptidis, loquat leaf, ophiopogon root, and radix rehmanniae, radix puerariae 'salcohol dregs by water extraction method, using L9(34) orthogonal design was used to test the amount of water, soaking time,decoction time and decoction times was studied. The method is simple, specific and reproducible.3.By using thin layer chromatography( TLC) of Huangdi Anxiao capsule of rhizoma coptidis, radix puerariae, Ophiopogon japonicus and loquat leaf by TLC,and preparation for inspection.4.The method for determination the content of berberine hydrochloride in Huang Dian Xiao capsule annihilation is established, simple method, strong specificity, to reproduce the good; and the establishment of Huang Dian Xiao capsule, puerarin,daidzin, daidzein element content of QAMs method, the method is simple and effective.Results:1. The optimal alcohol extraction process of rhizoma coptidis and radix puerariae was selected to add 6 times amount of ethanol and ethanol concentration of75%, 3 times, each time 2h?2. Optimized loquat leaf, rhizoma coptidis and radix ophiopogonis shamisen medicinal materials of the optimum water extraction process for prescription medicine soaking 0.5h, 8 times amount of water, decocting 3 times2 h.3. In the thin layer chromatography of rhizoma coptidis, radix puerariae,ophiopogon root, loquat leaf for test samples and control products, the control chromatogram in the corresponding position, have the same color spots. The method is simple and effective without the interference of negative. Methods to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Huangdi Anxiaocapsule,the method is simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility;the establishment of Huangdi Anxiao capsule in puerarin, daidzin and daidzein content of the QAMS method,the method is simple.Conclusion:The design of Huang Dian Xiao capsule' s extraction process is reasonable, strong operability;using thin layer chromatography(TLC) method for the preparation of quality control is reliable and effective;by UPLC, a measured assessment methods of determination of the content of berberine, puerarin, and so on, the operation is simple and convenient, effective control of the quality of the preparation.
