The Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Muscle Load-point Treat Movement Dysfunction Of Stroke Palsy Period

1 Objective Through the stroke flaccid paralysis patients used muscle check point acupuncture therapy were observed before and after treatment, the patients in the motor function of the limbs,neural function defect degree,the degree of improvement in activities of daily living(ADL) and duration during the period of flaccid paralysis,in order to explore a can significantly reduce the stroke patients with flaccid paralysis period and promote the patients' early active movement of modern acupuncture therapy.2 Methods This research project from the Second Affiliated Hospital in February 2015-December 2015 Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation clinic and hospital in accordance with the inclusion criteria of stroke flaccid paralysis64 cases of patients with motor dysfunction, which dropped out of 3 cases,excluding 1cases,60 cases were included in the study. Using stratified random method,according to the admission order according to the odd and even number, were randomly divided into acupuncture points,odd muscle enthesitis group(treatment group 1), even divided into“Xingnao Kaiqiao”group(treatment group 2).The two groups were treated with neurological department of internal medicine clinical routine treatment, the main treatment covers symptomatic therapy and supportive treatment, and rehabilitation training Once a day, 6 days a week, one course of treatment need 2 weeks, a total of 4weeks of treatment respectively. At the time of admission, after 2 courses of treatment were CSS, Fugl-Meyer and the activities of daily living assessing index. The duration of soft paralysis was recorded during the course of the disease. In the final group, the contrast between the groups was compared.3 Results(1) the two groups of subjects in the study of gender, age, time of onset, the differences in the nature of the disease by statistical software validation, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), the two groups of experimental objects with comparative research value.(2) treatment of two groups of subjects were in the Fugl Meyer and lower limb motor function score, modified Barthel index score and the degree of neural function defect score aspects with statistical t test to verify, the difference between the two groups of no statistical significance(P>0.05), the existence of the comparability of clinical research.(3) the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture(treatment group 2) and acupuncture muscle check point therapy(treatment group 1) of stroke flaccid paralysis patients,lower limb motor function, neural function defect degree, lower extremity flaccid paralysis of the duration has different degree of improvement; however, in treatment group 1, the function of lower limb motor dysfunction, neurological deficit improve the statistical test, compared to the treatment group 2 results, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). But in the upper extremity flaccid paralysis period of duration, significantly shorten the treatment group1 than the treatment group 2, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Conclusion(1) treatment group1 of acupuncture muscle check point therapy and treatment group2 of “Xingnao Kaiqiao”acupuncture therapy for stroke flaccid paralysis patients,lower limb movement disorder have different degrees of improvement, and the efficacy of the two groups close.(2) muscular acupuncture check point therapy with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy can significantly improve stroke patients activities of daily living ability of flaccid paralysis, and to improve the degree of the two groups close.(3) muscular acupuncture check point therapy in improving the degree of neural function defect of patients to treatment group 2 "Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture treatment effect and has the value of clinical application.(4) treatment group 1 of acupuncture muscle check point therapy and treatment group2 of " Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy are different degrees of relationship in patients with flaccid paralysis period, but the treatment group 1 flaccid paralysis period lasted for a shorter time.
