The Research On The Whole Process Of Facilities Management Outsourcing Of Hospital In Beijing

With the rapid development of the hospital, how to efficiently implement hospital management has become more and more concern.Hospital facilities management outsourcing enables hospitals to focus on their core business, so as to control operating costs, reduce operational risks, in order to achieve efficient operation of the hospital.Hospital facilities management outsourcing has a very broad space for development, but research and research methods corresponding theory is not perfect, most of the research is directed to an outsourcing business to expand. Hospital is a special agency, on its facilities management research is very small.Based on this, this paper belongs to the Beijing hospital as the research object. On the theory and methods of hospital facilities management outsourcing research to explore and ultimately provide the hospital with a complete set of facilities management outsourcing method of general applicability.The author firstly elaborated the theory of facilities management and outsourcing. Next elaborated on the core competence theory, analytic hierarchy process, the contract management and other methods. Secondly, the author combines hospital facilities management situation, analyze whether choosing to outsource, outsource to whom and how to fulfill outsourcing the three questions.In the study of facilities management outsourcing decision-making phase of the whole process, this paper based on the theory of core competence facilities management to classify content, and then analyzes some key factors affecting facility management outsourcing in order to establish facilities management outsourcing decision model.In the second phase, namely research outsourcing of procurement outsourcer selection process, I selected index according to the principle of selecting evaluation, then obtaining data through questionnaires, and finally with the analytic hierarchy process analysis collected data to arrive outsourcer evaluation index system.The third stage is outsourced contracts tracking management. Through analysising outsourcing contracts in several key factors, build the outsourcing contracts tracking management system.Hospital facilities management outsourcing is outsourcing strategy in a new field. This requires a long process, from foreign to domestic, from theory to practice. I believe that with in-depth study of theory and application of hospital facilities management outsourcing, more and more hospitals will make good use of this tool to integrate the best external specialized resources to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.
