Objective:(1)To explore the clinical risk factors caused kidney injure in children with Henoch–Sch?nlein purpura,so to take intervening measures early for children with such risk factors in clinical work to find and treat their kidney injures to improve their prognosis and increase their life quality.(2)To investigate the curative effect of kidney protection in children with Henoch–Sch?nlein purpura received hemoperfusion(HP)whose urine tests were normal before HP.Methods: All the 173 patients were followed up for more than1 year and they were divided into kidney injure group(57cases)and non-kidney injure group(116 cases)by their urine tests results. The variants of gender, age, clinical manifestations, the platelet count in peripheral blood and the fibrinogen level, the results of urine tests were made single factor analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis.Among 173 cases with Henoch–Sch?nlein purpura whose urine tests showed normal,125 severe cases were divided into two groups: 56 cases in treatment group received hemoperfusion and traditional treatment.69 cases in control group got only traditional treatment.Results:1.By the single factor analysis, gastrointestinal bleeding, skin rashes repeated ?3 times, skin rashes lasting>1 month showed statistical significance between the kidney injure group and non-kidney injure group(P= 0.002?1.389×10-6?7.074×10-6).2.The multiple Logistic regression analysis showed skin rashes repeated ?3 times, skin rashes lasting>1 month were closely related to kidney injure(p=3.703×10-4?0.009;OR=3.941?3.915)?3.16.1% in treatment group and 49.3% in control group were found with kidney injure by the urine tests during the one year follow-up and with statistical significance(P=1.018×10-4 <0.05).Conclusions: 1.The clinical risk factors for kidney injure in children with Henoch–Sch?nlein purpura were skin rashes repeated ?3 times, skin rashes lasting>1 month.2.Hemoperfusion protected kidneys in children with Henoch–Sch?nlein purpura.3.Severe patients with skin rashes repeated ?3 times, skin rashes lasting > 1 month should be taken intervening measures early in clinical work to find and treat their kidney injures, can be given hemoperfusion,to improve their prognosis and increase their life quality.
