| Ocular Behcet’s disease is one of the most refractory uveitis entities. Usually, one or more conventional immunosuppressive agents are needed in disease management. However, long-term use of immunosuppressive agents would result in severe adverse effects. New biologics such as interferon, anti tumor necrosis factor agents, interleukin or its receptor antagonists, etc, provide new therapeutic approaches to the treatment for this disease. This paper will review the conventional therapies and biologics applied in Ocular Behcet’s disease. |
