Nowadays,with the improvement of people's living standards,the incidence of diabetes and cardiovascular disease have increased,so that drug-related have been demanded increasely.O-nitrobenzaldehyde is one of the important intermediates which is used for synthesizing cardiovascular drugs,for example,Nifedipine,Nisoldipine,Enka amine.Trans-4-isopropyl-cyclohexyl acid is one of the intermediates nateglinide,which is used for type ?diabetic.O-nitrobenzaldehyde and trans-4-isopropyl-cyclohexyl acid is commonly used for pharmaceutical manufacturing chemical intermediates,their synthetic method and routes optimization are important in production.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the process of synthesis.At present,o-nitrobenzaldehyde was producted by o-nitrotoluene as raw material in industry.At first o-nitrophenylpyruvic acid is synthesized,and is oxidated,then the target product is obtained.Although the raw materials are common,the yield and purity is low in this method.In this paper,synthestic process of o-nitrobenzaldehyde is optimized by using o-nitrotoluene and benzyl alcohol as raw materials.Isopropyl acid is synthetic by trans-4-isopropyl-cyclohexyl acid as the main raw material.This route isn't suitable for industrial production,because of the higher cost,lacking raw material and other issues.In this experiment,?-pinene is as raw material and more suitable synthestic method is explored through optimizing the feed ratio and changing part of the reaction conditions. |
