Objective :to analyze result of the treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis, using a phase of the posterior minimally invasive pedicle screw system internal fixation and anterior tuberculosis kitchen clearance of bone graft. Methods: in our line of issue of posterior minimally invasive internal fixation and anterior lesion clearance bone graft in the treatment of 26 cases of thoracolumbar tuberculosis to 2 years follow-up, 24 patients with thoracic spinal tuberculosis(T7 has ~ T10) 6 cases, thoracic lumbar tuberculosis(T11 ~ L2) 14 cases, lumbar tuberculosis(L3 ~ L5) 6 cases. :Measuring Cobb Angle, ODI score and VAS score, compare the long-term curative effect. Results: all patients had no recurrence of tuberculosis, 8 cases of patients with damaged spinal cord function during follow-up fully recovered to E, follow-up of 5 to 7 years, on average, six years, after the last follow-up patients after two years of convex Cobb Angle and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), The last follow-up all the follow-up of patients with ODI score and VAS score good results. Conclusion: the use of a period of posterior minimally invasive pedicle screw system internal fixation and anterior tuberculosis kitchen to remove bone graft in the treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis 5 years follow-up results were good, prompt the effect of surgical treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis.
