Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA) The Development And Application Of Clinical Nursing Path

Objectives:The study use to develop digital subtraction cerebral angiography(DSA)of clinical nursing path,analyze their performance and the quality of its implementation,and provide reference for the development of cerebral digital subtraction angiography clinical pathway,implementation and promotion.Methods:The study was a quasi experimental design.Using a convenient sampling methods,160 patients was collected in three hospitals in Jilin Province in September 2013-September 2014 The subjects were randomizing included divided into experimental and control group 80 cases patients.Research tool uses a simplified version of Chinese Hospital patient experience and satisfaction monitoring scale,CHPESM scale as satisfaction surveys;using self-designed questionnaire from clinical indicators,cost index,service index.The data was analyzed using SPP17.0.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of gender,age and education level demographic characteristics(P>0.05).Hypertension history characteristics and health knowledge of disease control,had no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).(2)Health Knowledge mastering in the experimental group was improved signification than the control group,as well as the complications,the incidence of symptoms(P<0.01).The average cost of hospitalization,average length of stay,cost-benefit ratio had significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).Patient satisfaction was higher in the experimental group,that those in the control group(P<0.01).(3)The effect in the experimental group was well clinical care path.The paths of clinical nursing quality evaluation in the highest-scoring were to increase the degree of control in patients with health knowledge to promote communication between doctors and patients,increase patient satisfaction.The difference of patient to clinical care path remained conservative.Health care personnel and the relative health workers were satisfied with clinical care path,and the paths of clinical nursing quality evaluation in the highest-scoring use to increase patient satisfaction,to increase with the degree of master of patients and health knowledge,and to promote health patient communication.They had negative attitude about the following aspects to reduce the workload for their and increased incomes who are more negative attitude.Health care personnel and the relative health workers believe the level of information of clinical nursing path was relatively low,and they were nor conservative about the evaluation of health care clinics or nursing behavior.(4)There were 15 cases of clinical care path mutate.In the experimental group,in line with Pareto rule(eighty-two law).Conclusion:Formulating and applying clinical care path could improve digital subtraction angiography surgery clinic nursing work flow,reduce health care costs and improve health care quality of service,Patient and health workers were satisfied with the effect of the implementation of clinical nursing path,but it is necessary to increase clinical path of publicity and information efforts.This study could provide for digital subtraction angiography brain development,implementation and promotion of clinical pathways provide a reference,and it can help continue to optimize the implementation of clinical path.
