Objective:Our study is based on gut microbes and we explore the impact of long-term modern food diet on health, and we combined with study the relativity of metabolic disorders and to find a kinds of effective methods from rehabilitation of intestinal function. Methods and Result:Research conducted in two phases. In the first part of this study,20 male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, the first group of rats were fed conventional mouse feed made of modern food;the second group of rats fed organic mouse feed made of organic food.We measured body weight of rats every week, after 12w we observed the intestinal microflora of rats in each group by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE).We found that ①the diversity of intestinal flora in the long-term organic food diet is better than in the long-term modern food diet.②The speed of weight increases and gain of weight in the long-term organic food diet are significantly lower than in the long-term modern food diet.In the second part of this study, the 80 male SD rats were randomly divided into eight groups, four groups were fed organic feed organic feed(A group),four groups were fed conventional mouse feed(group B),each of four groups according to time of Moxibustion intervention randomly named AO/B0,A1/B1,A2/B2 and A3/B3.We measured body weight of rats every week, after 12w we observed examination indexes of rats in each group, including 12w rats after detection of visceral fat wet weight, blood lipids, leptin, endotoxin levels and intestinal microflora. Some methods of molecular biology techniques,DGGE and difference bands cloning and sequencing technique, combined with statistical analysis, principal component analysis, similarity cluster analysis, analysis of bacterial diversity, were applied to analyze the microbiota structure of the samples.Research shows that Moxibustion can increase the diversity of the intestinal flora, increased Bacteroides abundance, increase HDL-C and adiponectin levels, reduce the accumulation of visceral fat and reduced leptin, endotoxin levels, and Moxibustion intervene sooner. The longer intervention time, the effect is more significant. Conclusion:Through the researches above,we demonstrate the difference of intestinal microbiota structure between the long-term organic food diet and the long-term modern food diet and long-term Moxibustion is a positive regulatory role to intestinal flora and beneficial to health.Question:Given the close relationship of intestinal flora and metabolic diseases, including many scientific issues involved, such as modern conventional food and organic food nutrients cause metabolic changes in rats, and so on specific aspects of the mechanism is unclear;traditional Chinese medicine for intestinal Road flora role in regulating the process and principle, and so on,the result can only happen through reasoning. These should continue to develop.
