Objective?To evaluate AIDS knowledge levels among three target populations in Panjin andprovide the scientific basis for formulating strategies of AIDS education.Methods?Selection of Panjin HIV/AIDS surveillance of three crowd of people,includeunlicensed prostitutes population2001?male attenders of STD clinic1844?maternal1600.According to the national HIV/AIDS surveillance implementation schemes(2012edition) unlicensed prostitutes population, male patients in STD clinic, maternalquestionnaire investigation,mainly includes the investigation content,generaldemographic characteristics, behavior information and information about HIV/AIDSprevention.Collection and investigation object, serum detection of HIV antibody,syphilis antibodies and HCV antibody. Epidata3.1software is adopted to improve thedata entry, using SPSS13.0software to analysis the influence factors of the indicators.Results?Monitoring conditions of unlicensed prostitutes population:With syphilis to thenumber of61people, accounting for3.0%,multiple factors analysis showed thatprimary school education was a risk factor for syphilis prevalence.The number withHCV were9, accounting for0.4%.The awareness rate of UNGASS indicators andevaluation index of national supervision were48.0%and77.0%respectively. Thedifference in different investigation places, age, marriage, degree of culture havestatistically significant.The awareness rate of transmission index was86.6%,investigation of different place, marriage, culture degree have differentawareness rate. Monitoring conditions of male attenders of STD clinic:The number of peoplewith HIV was1, accounting for0.1%,with syphilis to the number of36people,accounting for2.0%, with HCV at18people, accounting for1.0%, people aged over50have higher prevalence of HCV than other ages.The awareness rate of UNGASSindicators was48.0%, the awareness difference in different age marriage situation isstatistically significant.The awareness rate of transmission index was77.5%,thesignificant difference between different age, marriage, household register.Theawareness rate of evaluation index of national supervision was74.2%,people indifferent marital status are different.Monitoring conditions of maternal:The number with syphilis were9, accountingfor0.6%,with HCV at2people, accounting for0.1%.The awareness rate of UNGASSindicators was17.2%, the awareness difference in different Cultural degree,gestational age, number of pregnancy, birth times were statistically significant.Theawareness rate of transmission index was91.9%,the significant difference betweendifferent household register, national, cultural degree, number of pregnancy, birthtimes people.The awareness rate of evaluation index of national supervision was86.7%,people in different different marriage, census register, national, cultural degree,number of pregnancy, birth times are different.Conclusion?Among three groups, the prevalence of syphilis was the highest in unlicensedprostitutes population.there were higher prevalence of HIV and HCV in maleattenders of STD clinic.The awareness rate of UNGASS indicators?transmissionindex?evaluation index of national supervision are lower than the national standardamong this two groups,should strengthen AIDS prevention knowledge of safetyeducation.Multi-factor analysis showed different survey,whether to accept a condompromotion and issuing/AIDS counseling and testing were risk factors for syphilisprevalence among unlicensed prostitutes population.
