Through literature review and clinical experience, chose 11 possible factors of postoperative recurrence, application SPSS 17.0 statistical software, the single factor analysis using chi-square test, multiple factors analysis using logistic regression analysis. Results:181 cases of children with pulmonary hydatid surgery, postoperative follow-up of 1?10 years, the follow-up rate was 80.1%(145/181),18 cases of postoperative recurrence,2 times in the surgical treatment, recurrence rate was.9.9%(18/181), and no operative death. Conclusion: Children's main influencing factors of recurrence of pulmonary echinococcosis for preoperative complications, hydatid cyst rupture, cough and vermicelli samples and water samples, is associated with postoperative recurrence.
