Objective: protein C (PC), protein S (PS), antithrombin original research ? (AT ?), to explore the two ethnic Uighur and Han pulmonary thromboembolism in patients susceptible to differences in factors. Determination of protein C, protein S ? content and prothrombin activity can be well thrombosis prevention and control of disease treatment be monitored. Methods:ProteinC, protein S, prothrombin activity ? patients and healthy controls plasma protein detection of pulmonary thromboembolism. Venous thromboembolism (PTE) in patients with 414 cases, including 178 cases of Uygur, Han 236 cases; 563 cases of healthy control group,217 cases in which the Uygur, Han 346 cases. Results:In this study, statistical and testing to get the Uighur population PTE BMI (28.39 ± 4.31 ratio 23.97 ± 2.78), triglyceride levels (2.43 ± 1.72 ratio 1.81 ± 1.86) mmol/L and total cholesterol levels (4.86 ± 1.52 ratio 4.23 ± 1.06) mmol/L higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the Uighurs PTE in patients with protein S activity levels (53.83 ± 30.08% ratio 68.61 ± 33.75%) and antithrombin ? (77.22 ± 20.72% ratio 85.06 ± 10.21%) were lower than the normal control group, but the difference was not statistically significance (P> 0.05). However, the level of protein C activity PTE Uighur group and the control group (77.76 ± 29.56% ratio 94.67 ± 23.32%) was significantly (P<0.05). The results of the study with the most domestic scholars study results are consistent, the paper observed 416 cases of Uyghur and Han PTE patients showed the level of activity and AT PS Level ? Uighur PTE patients compared with normal control group decreased, but there was no significant difference; Uyghur PTE group PC activity levels lower than the normal control group, the difference was significant, suggesting that reduced levels of PC activity is one of the risk factors for PTE Uighur patients. PS activity levels Han PTE patients and AT ? levels than the control group were lower, but the difference was not significant; PC activity levels Han PTE group compared with the control group reduced significantly, suggesting that PC activity levels decreased similarly be a risk factor Han PTE in patients with the one, that PC activity level is an important risk factor in patients with venous thrombosis. The study found that high blood pressure, high cholesterol patients drinking and P values less than 0.05, it is likely that these factors are risk factors for PTE occurrence Uyghurs. Hypertension, diabetes, PC activity and high cholesterol patients P value of less than 0.05, it may indicate that the risk factors for the occurrence of these factors of PTE Han. High blood pressure and high cholesterol are common risk factors occur Han and Uyghur PTE, but the difference is that alcohol is a risk factor Uighurs, and diabetes is a risk factor Han.Conclusion:Detection of plasma PC activity PTE patients, the study is the pathogenesis of thrombotic diseases, diagnosis and treatment and disease surveillance are important. Control of hypertension, PC activity, diabetes and high cholesterol, we can very well prevent and control the formation of thrombotic disease treatment be monitored.
