The warping dams are mainly distributed in the Loess Plateau region of China.They can play a major role in stopping silt lands and protecting the ecological environment in the nearby areas.Silt dams are an important project for protecting the national economy and people's livelihood in areas where soil erosion occurs,but dam-break accidents also occur frequently.The dam breach will not only damage the dam land,cause soil erosion in the dam area,endanger the downstream ecological environment,and may cause chain-breaking dams..People have already considered the issue of flooding during the design and construction of warping dams.However,large floods may still occur during the flood season,and flood storage and low flood detention capacity caused by siltation can also lead to dam break which caused by the flood.At present,the research on warping dam dam forecasting and early warning is still imperfect in many areas,and the flood prevention work in warping dams is still very serious.Therefore,research on forecasting decision-making has become an important research direction for flood protection,risk management and landfill protection.In this paper,we have reviewed a large number of documents related to warping dams,and conducted investigations in the relevant areas of warping dams in the Loess Plateau,combining the existing knowledge of warfare dams in flood control and the trend of early warning for flood control dams in small watersheds.Then Integrating theory with real-world applications,Preventiving flood warning for check dams and given the following research results:(1)Conduct research by studying the rainfall,confluence,topography and river channels of the research area.Through debugging the parameters S and CN of the NRCS-CN model,the CN determines the flood influencing factors,obtains the reasonable parameters of the current model,and establishes the warping dams convergence model.(2)On the basis of expert consultations conducted on the Internet or in the field,timely alerting through the mobile-end network can be more convenient and fast.As a centralized representative of the high-tech monitoring and control technologies,using the Internet of Things technology to achieve a public opinion of the dam on portable devices timely understanding of the situation and the expert's timely diagnosis of the long-distance dam safety monitoring.(3)Establish a warping dam monitoring and early warning system to inquire about public opinion.By establishing a connection between the PLC and the GPRS DTU communication module in the silting area,the end-users have a real-time understanding of the silt-logging basin waterlogging monitoring on the silt-dam monitoring and warning system.In general,the construction of warping dams as an important measure to stop mud and protect soil,prevent floods and reduce floods,and reclaim land in small watersheds is a great creation for the working people and has great environmental and economic benefits.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish a monitoring and early warning system for warping dams by establishing monitoring models for warping dams.
