In order to explore the regulation effect of melatonin on the growth of wheat under low nitrogen,it is clear that melatonin alleviates the mechanism of low nitrogen in wheat,and CH58'was used as the experimental material,and the following results are obtained through the experiment:1.The effect and mechanism of 1 ?mol/L melatonin on the growth of wheat seedlings were analyzed at the seedling stage of wheat.The results show that the low nitrogen level inhibits the growth of wheat,reduced the seedlings of aboveground and total nitrogen content,nitrogen accumulation quantity of root system and plant nitrate nitrogen content,led to the ammonium nitrate reductase valley amide synthetase activity decline.Under the condition of low nitrogen applied melatonin can increase the root biomass of wheat seedlings,maintain appropriate plant nitrate,and further improve the ammonium nitrate reductase valley amide synthetase activity,increase the total nitrogen content in the wheat plant and N accumulation amount.Therefore,under the low nitrogen level,melatonin by increasing the root biomass,increase plant total nitrogen content and accumulation amount,promote n uptake ability under low nitrogen level,and by improving the ammonium nitrate reductase and amide synthetase activity,increase the transport capacity of nitrogen under low nitrogen level.The results showed that the external MT was helpful to the growth of wheat seedlings under low nitrogen level.2.The effect of 1 mmol/L melatonin on the yield of low n and normal nitrogen levels was studied through the wheat soil culture pot experiment.Research results show that the applied melatonin increased the biomass of wheat,and keep the plant height at appropriate levels,at the same time increase the total nitrogen content of flag leaf and stalk,reduce the grain protein content,significantly increased wheat yield,ear number,grain number and grain.Therefore,at low nitrogen levels,the external application of melatonin increases wheat absorption and utilization of external nitrogen,thus increasing wheat yield.Above all,melatonin on the growth and yield of wheat under low nitrogen level plays an important role,applied melatonin can improve the ability of plants to absorb and make use of the outside world n ease n harm to the crops,so as to improve the yield of wheat.At the same time,it plays an important role in reducing weight loss.
