The effects of blowing and humidification on tomato seedling height,stem diameter,leaf area,dry weight,growth parameters,chlorophyll content,stomatal density,palisade thickness and sponge tissue thickness were studied in the Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University gardening field and scientific greenhouse.Management provides theoretical support.The results showed that:(1)the temperature at 14:00 in the greenhouse was 47.3 degrees centigrade,while the temperature under the wind was 36.9,22% lower than that under the non blow air treatment.The air humidity under no blow treatment was 20.5%,while the air blowing was 34.3%,and 13.8% higher than that under the non blow treatment.The relative growth rate,net assimilation rate and seedling index of tomato seedlings increased significantly after blowing.Compared with the control,the leaf area ratio decreased by 33.3%,20.1% and 32% respectively,the leaf area ratio decreased by 9%,the tomato plant height decreased by 13.1%,the stem diameter increased by 17%,and the plant root dry weight,stem weight and whole plant dry weight increased by 63.6%,9.1% and 3.,respectively.7%,the Pn,Gs and Ci of tomato leaves increased by 41.3%,41.7% and 37.6% respectively,and the leaves Tr,WUE and leaf water potential of tomato plants increased by 23.5%,17.6% and33.7%,respectively.(2)the total leaf area of the plant increased by 18%,the RGR,NAR,LAR and the seedling index increased by 15.6%,13.3%,0.4%,28.6% respectively,and the root,stem and leaf dry weight and the dry weight of the whole plant increased by 30.8%,16.4%,16.7%,17.1% respectively,and the Tr decreased by 37.3%,WUE increased by 47.6%,Pn,Gs and Ci respectively.With 8.1%,23.1% and 25.4%,the content of Cha,Chb and Car decreased by 12.3%,17.1% and 14.3% respectively.The stomatal density,stomatal and stomatal area and the thickness of the sponge tissue in the seventh leaf position were increased by 17.7%,12.5%,10.7% and 28.8% respectively.The effect of humidification on the total leaf area increased by 42.1%,RGR,NAR,LAR and seedling index increased by25.7%,18.8%,4%,34.8% respectively.The root,stem and leaf dry weight and the dry weight of the whole plant increased by 33.3%,31.4%,34%,33.6%,and Tr decreased 37.2%,and WUE increased by 51.5%,Pn,Gs and Ci respectively.With 12.2%,56.3% and 51.9%,thecontent of Cha,Chb and Car decreased by 20.7%,24.3% and 20% respectively.The stomatal density,stomatal and stomatal area and the thickness of the sponge tissue in the seventh leaf position were increased by 15.6%,11.1%,10.6% and 20% respectively.
